English reception a plus in Italy. Well received and a rapid Check in.
The hotel is located in an excellent position for anyone who wish to be in central Genova.
The parking is 25 euros extra but you can leave your car for 24hours.
They have all the aménities available just a Quick call to reception to ask for it.
Coffee and tea sélection in the room and two bottels of water complimentary on arrival.
Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable!
We definitely want to come back and stay again here and spend more time in Genova which is so beautiful. ⭐️😍👏
The location is not wonderful. It is a dirty area of town with a train station and bus stops near by. Quite a lot of homeless there, lots of trash on the ground. Not very many restaurants and fewer shops. There are 2 hot tubs on the 7th floor roof top bit are right next to dining tables for the bar. And they were not cleaned often.
The way the situation was handled felt aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of a polite reminder or any flexibility, we were treated rudely and asked to leave immediately.
I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless the management takes steps to improve how the staff treats guests.
Set your expectations - this hotel is definitely NOT 5-star.
The service at reception is nonexistent. I.e no help with bags to the room, no greetings upon leaving or returning, no explanation of any hotel information, no apology for the broken spa, and no question about our stay once checking out. Pretty much felt invisible the whole stay.
The rooms are rundown and dark. We had instant regret booking this accommodation when entering the room.
The Jacuzzi on the top floor doesn’t work but is still advertised.
For the price, it is not good value. I’ve stayed at better 3-star accommodation with better service and rooms.
I think some of the other reviews must be part of a package deal or conference where they haven’t paid directly.
The good - the breakfast room is amazing, and the lady who manages this is great and a very attentive person.
Sorry for the bad review but it needed to be said.
