Would never recommend! When we arrived at the Hotel, we discovered feces in the shower! I went downstair to tell them room 8 had feces in them and they didn't seemed surprised. He said it was an old hotel and that sewage came back from the drain. He asked us to go in the communal bathroom to use the shower. I refused after the amount we paid and he told us that they would clean another room. We got it after an hour and I asked for a small refund for that and I got an email saying I was a beggar with 6 laughing smiley! My email was courteous and their response totally immature. Worst experience ever!

Stayed in the hotel Fiume for a few days with my husband and toddler and it was a very pleasant experience , everyone was lovely and helpful . Bedroom was nice and clean , there was a mini fridge and snacks available at a good price , was close to the main attractions in the city so all in all 5 🌟 and would stay again . P.s : all the restaurants recommended by the hotel staff were really good and super close. Genova is beautiful

Funky, BIG shower, comfortable bed. Quiet rooms with black out blinds, we almost slept through checkout!

I can’t sleep all night stand it was so bad service and I get the room was so dirty
I wish I get my money back because it’s not deserve all what I pay the tv not working the room was so smelly

The hotel owners were very attentive. They were very helpful in everything. the rooms were clean. the location was very close to the train station, it was very easy to reach Cinque Terre and similar places. The best hotel in genoa!

The hotel has no elevator, but everything else is basically satisfactory. The hotel design is a bit thoughtful.

Hotel Fiume in Genoa IT was the only hotel in the area who agreed to store our baggage for us when we found out the train station baggage office closed at 8pm. They are extremely close to the train station and one of the best restaurants in Genoa, Il Genovese. The staff was so kind to hold our baggage for us even though we were a family of 5 with lots of big packs. Would definitely stay there when we come through Genova again.

We stayed as a family of 3 in one of the newly furnished rooms. The room was done to a high standard and the bathroom was finished to an exceptional standard. 2 teenage boys loved the set out of the toom, the 'mood' lighting, sky sports in the room and huge shower. Clean and tidy and central to both the train, bus stations as well as the city centre. The owners helped us with a number of activities to do with 2 teenage boys and couldn't do enough for us. We will be going back soon and will definitely be staying there again

Great hotel! Friendly staff! Perfectly situated in the heart of the city in close proximity to the train station! Easy to walk and explore the Superbia but also a good hub for day trips to Cinque Terre via Train!
