Excellent !!! My wife and I stayed for 6 nights here and loved every minute. Good sized clean room with it,s own private patio area with table and chairs, but the great facilities Don,t end there. Access to the large roof terrace with seating and a fantastic view down to La Spezia and the sea Then there is the swimming pool and sun lounging area, perfect to relax , chill our and take a dip after a day sightseeing. The hosts are great and full of helpful information to make your stay the best visit possible . You do need a car to make the most of your visit, but that for us is normal , we visited Pisa and a lot of the local beaches are only a short drive away as are the grocery store's. Fantastic place and we would highly recommend.

An amazing place with great informative hosts. We are hosts back in England ourselves and Olivium definitely ticked all our boxes. Good sized clean room with everything you need. Amazing view from the roof terrace. Good pool area for sunbathing and a quick dip . A little out ofcthe centre of La Spezia and we would recommend a car, but shops only a few kilometres away. We would highly recommend

Residence truly worth a visit. Can only recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place above La Spezia surrounded by nature, still close enough to see Cinque Terre. Very attentive and welcoming owner. Thank you, it was a pleasure to be at Residence Olivium.

Spent one full week at Residence Olivium. The views on the port of La Spezia are stunning and the owners make you feel completely welcome and at ease. Everything is very clean, new, quiet and relaxing. Difficult to get something better for the price they ask for. In the Summer heat you do not need air conditioning at night. The temperatures up at the hill, where the residence is, are refreshingly lower than downtown. The main disadvantage of the residence is that you need a car otherwise it gets too difficult to move around. The residence has its own Olive trees and produce their own high quality olive oil for sale (I bought as many bottles as the owner allowed me to 😉)

This place is amazingly beautiful! Quiet and secluded away from the busy tourist scene of La Spezia and Cinque Terre but still close enough to easily visit all the sites of the area. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the owner Nicola was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back, it was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy.

Warm welcome to this Peaceful, Quiet, Clean and Comfortable residence with superb views.
Convenient drive into La Spezia - where you can find free parking a 10 minute walk from the station for trains to the Cinque Terre.
