Very convenient location. But hotel is a bit old, the door is difficult to open. The elevator is very small.

Very average. The air conditioning was faulty, there was no free parking, and most importantly, breakfast was in the basement, with a strong sewer smell in the hallway. I almost threw up.

Located just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Central Station, it's a great spot for exploring the Cinque Terre. There are only about 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel, and reservations are required. Alternatively, you can park in the nearby train station parking lot for about €25 per day. The rooms are a bit small.

Facilities: Very complete.
Service: Very good. The hotel has a kitchen, a shared living room, free mineral water, and a free breakfast. Excellent location.

The hotel is quite old, it should have been opened for many years. The most historic feature is the elevator, but the hotel facilities and services are OK. The hotel breakfast is very good, with a lot of food, ham and smoked salmon are delicious. Another big advantage is that it is close to the train station. If you go to Cinque Terre, you can check the train time and come back in time to change clothes at noon.

Stayed two nights in a row, very close to the train station, convenient for going to Cinque Terre.
The room is a compact space that is common in Europe. Surprisingly, there is a small yard when you open the door, just right for drying clothes.
I didn't experience the room in the newly renovated area, but it looked very good.
The breakfast is commendable and rich in variety, including fruits, suitable for Chinese people
