Nice 4-star hotel at the town centre. Large carpark nearby at EUR18 for 24-hour. If you only park from 8pm - 8am, you can park just outside the hotel (free) or at the car park at EUR0.5 per hour. It is a 20 min walk from the train station. Breakfast was good.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was small but very functional, and everything looked brand new. We even had a partial sea view, which was nice. The bathroom was cool looking and much more spacious than expected.

The location could not be better, right on the edge of the city center, so everything was within walking distance. Parking was also easy, with a big underground public garage close by where hotel guests get a special price.

Service was excellent, very professional and always helpful. The gym was small but had new equipment and was perfect for a quick workout. Breakfast was a real highlight, fresh and delicious with lots of choice.

There were a few small issues during our stay, but nothing that would stop me from coming back. The free internet was very slow, which felt outdated. Twice we had no hot water for a short time, although it came back quickly. The staff did offer a room change, but since it was right before leaving we stayed put. A small gesture of apology would have been appreciated (e.g. a free cocktail or similar). The elevators were also sometimes very slow.

Overall this is a modern, comfortable hotel in a perfect location with great service and food. Despite the minor downsides, I would happily stay here again.

The hotel service is excellent. The Staff is knowledgeable, professional and always available to assist with directions, booking excursions, and printing boarding passes.
The rooms are large and have all of the essentials.
The house keeping staff is very thorough and sanitized our room daily.
Breakfast is a feast that will keep you going throughout the days travels .
Very conveniently located just 10 minutes walk from the main terminal station and near all of the main attractions, ferries to Cinque Terre.
We enjoyed our stay and we are certain you will enjoy yours as well.

We spent our wedding anniversary at this hotel and it's really a clean hotel and the service is very good, thank you to all the staff there.

We had a beautiful view from our room and even better view from the rooftop bar. It couldn’t have been a more convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants. It is in front of the harbor where we met two tours we planned, one to Cinque Terre and another sunset boat ride around the harbor and nearby islands. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting transfers to the train. Highly recommended this hotel.

The location is not bad, close to the city hall and the old police station, diagonally opposite the cathedral, CBD, 5 minutes walk to the pier, a little far from the train station, 20 minutes walk, from the decoration to the courtesy is close to the domestic four-star hotel, we may have booked it late, the room is on the 2nd floor, the area is relatively small, the suitcases cannot be unfolded, the comfort is OK, if you are lucky, you can park downstairs, from 8:30 in the morning to 5 pm or something, 1.5 euros per hour, the underground parking lot next door is 18 euros for 24 hours, ask the front desk for the parking card and insert it into the entrance machine to activate it, the safety factor is beyond words, overall there is no pit, it is a good choice
