This is an excellent place to stay. Very modern and clean. The room is exceptionally close to the train station (Cinque Terre) but without being noisy. It is only a short walk to the city centre and restaurants etc. Ciro, the owner was very helpful and is an absolute gentleman.

Ok for visiting Cinque Terre, but La Spezia is not the most beautiful city in general.

The stay was a gift for my friends for their honeymoon, so I wasn’t there myself and don’t know all the details - but from what I heard, the hosts were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make the experience special, preparing lovely surprises and decorating the room with a romantic touch. I stayed here in July and my overall experience was great. My train arrived 5 hours delayed past the check-in time, but the owners still waited for me. The room and bathroom were clean and both the owner and housekeeper were kind. Location is also close to the station, about a 10 minute walk.

Standard place to stay at La Spezia. We were looking for the place to stay at La Spezia and have a short trip to visit Cinque Terre. Rooms are on the 1st floor and no elevator. We have to arrange to meet up first to get into the building. The rooms were good and well equipped.

Not sure if Ricardo is part owner or just works there, but he made the trip to La Spezia worth it. He was very attentive and nice to talk to, plus gave a lot of great tips of places to eat and visit during our stay. The service was amazing! Host takes care of guests needs, if you need special food or iron or more towels etc. Place is also very clean. I wormly recomended Arca di Noe! Expecialy because of location, it's close to the train station and it's located in the main street.

Weird arrangements for access, you're getting only one gizmo to activate the elevator so in practice two guests sharing a room can't exit and enter independently; otherwise fine, friendly service, advice, food for snack and light breakfast.

Nice place but as was the case with most places we stayed on this trip there was no heating in the room and the weather had gotten very cold. We had a front facing room which was very noisy from the street below. Breakfast was standard but wifi good and friendly service.

Excellent Location and the cleanliness of the room is something very impressive, is my second time staying with Atmosphere. 5 mins to the heart of the bustling restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the room and provide recommendations of good restaurant and ways to navigate around La Spezia.

Exceeded expectations. Very convenient and safe.

The room was a bit small. When showering, only cold water had normal pressure; the warm or hot water pressure was extremely weak, making it take ages to rinse off the soap. If shower water pressure isn't a major concern for you, the nearby Carrefour is very convenient. The property has multiple entrances. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, but I genuinely cannot recommend the room.

Accessible to the central market and choices of restaurants

Fantastic apartment, we loved it! Highly recommend. It features a large bed and an electric kettle. The place was clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water – a real bonus, especially after Rome where the water was only lukewarm. They also offer luggage storage after check-out, allowing you to explore the city and its surroundings.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Clean, nice, and comfortable. Parking is available nearby upon request and is secure. Teresa's hospitality was outstanding, although we would have liked to see her in person to thank her. I would definitely return.

Basically we are satisfied their service as excellent, but the hotel building no elevator to be a problem with surch as older age people. If the booking time is explained, we might make a better choice to avoid every day up down walking.

Shower and sink were blocked..water flowed slowly. Parking in front for residents only. I had to park 6 minutes from the hotel. 26 minutes from Rio maggiore.

Although the room still used a traditional key to open the door, it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities such as a kettle, tea bags, and toiletries. It was a 2-minute walk from Huodong Station, which was perfect for our Cinque Terre itinerary the next day!

The hotel is very close to La Spezia train station and the underground parking lot of the train station, which is convenient for going to Cinque Terre. There is a restaurant downstairs for dining. Breakfast was also provided when checking in. Although it was simple, it was satisfying. Overall, it was very good. The only drawback is that there are indeed many mosquitoes in Italy.
