B&B L'Arca Di Noè in La Spezia

On January 29, I made a reservation for this accommodation. The reservation details stated that the bed type was either one double bed or two single beds. I submitted a special request asking specifically for two single beds.
4 months later and with less than 24 hours before check-in, the accommodation sent me a message saying that the reserved (and already paid for) room did not offer the option of two beds. The property had more than four months to inform me that it wasn’t possible to have two beds and failed to do so until 15 hours before check-in. Had I known we couldn’t have two separate beds, I would have booked another accommodation.
We checked in and at 9 p.m., the power went out in the property. There was no staff member on-site to fix the issue. I had to call the property manager myself and flip the circuit breaker back on to restore electricity. Twenty minutes later, the power went out again. I told the manager they needed to send an electrician to fix the issue. Other guests who arrived a day earlier told us there had already been a power outage the night before.
I complained to the manager and asked that they provide this most basic service—electricity—for the guests. Her response was that if I wasn’t happy with the accommodation, I was free to go stay somewhere else. Extremely rude and unprofessional!
And the power went off the following day again.
Other things I didn't like: the breakfast is mediocre; they don't change the towels daily; one day they didn't left soap and shampoo for us; we run out of toilet paper and have to look for ourselves where to get another one; they didn't accept credit cards to pay the city tax (whereas all the accommodations in Italy do); the TV had a 21 inch screen mounted high on the wall (too small to watch); there was a noise like an electric drill, which I believe was related to the use of the bathroom in the room, but it could also be heard when the bathroom wasn’t being used (maybe from the bathroom in the adjacent room). It was a very loud and disturbing noise that lasted between 2 and 3 seconds, especially annoying if you were sleeping.
I could go on forever with the things that are not right with this place. We paid 130 euro per night for this!
