They cancelled our reservation a day before without any information! When I contacted the owner, he didn't know anything and wasn't even interested in helping but told us to talk to the app! I had made the reservation two months before and at the last minute we found ourselves without anywhere to stay! Completely unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend it

Terrible experience, as the owner cancelled our reservation one day before check in and without any information! Unacceptable behavior as when I mentioned it to him he didn't know anything and urged me to contact the app, without helping in all this. I was forced to look for somewhere to stay at the last minute since what he did was completely unprofessional! Really disappointing!

Everything was fine for me...the cleanliness of the room, the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff, the excellent location, quiet and close to bars, shops, and restaurants. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay for me, and I'm happy with my choice. Excellent value for money. Thank you for everything.

Excellent....we stayed here to take the kids to Leolandia. We had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, the place was quiet, and the location was great. What sets it apart from other hotels is the owner, a wonderful person, very attentive and helpful. We took advantage of the shuttle service to both the airport and Leolandia. Choosing a centrally located accommodation was a great choice for exploring Bergamo Alta and the city center. We highly recommend it; the bed was very comfortable.
