The hygiene conditions were concerning; stains were found on the sheets. The room facilities were relatively new, and the service was standard; luggage storage was available.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Lanza Station (only 4 stops away from Milano Centrale).
Access to the hotel is very convenient with a passcode system. The surrounding area feels safe, not isolated, and there’s no need to worry about safety.
The room is modern, new, and very clean, with all the amenities you need. The bedroom, bathroom, and shower area are well separated, offering great functionality and comfort.
There is also plenty of living space, along with full kitchen facilities including a microwave, kettle, electric stove, and cooking equipment—you can easily prepare proper meals here.
The staff are friendly and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations.
A great option for couples or groups of friends.

There was virtually no service, and luggage storage was unavailable. Check-in was only available from 3 PM. The entire process was self-service and remote check-in. I thought it was a hotel, but it turned out to be just a guesthouse. Ctrip is really a rip-off; it's not that they're bad, it's just that... I thought it was a hotel, but it's an apartment. However, the environment and location are indeed quite good. Nothing else to praise. For over 2000 yuan a night, I could easily add a little more and book a more reliable hotel.

The accommodation was extremely comfortable, with a small balcony, perfectly heated bathroom water, and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire apartment building offered excellent privacy, making me feel very safe.

Location was great, super near the metro and easy to walk to the train station to get to the airport. Room was clean, but with basic amenities only (e.g. tissues provided although not a big problem for us!)
However the fact that there is no luggage storage was very troublesome for us. Although there is a reception / office in the premises, they didn't allow us to store our luggage there. In the end we opted to pay additional 35 Euros (per night) to upgrade the room so that we can check in early just to store our luggage. The upgraded room was spacious and good if you need more space.
All in all, if you're fine with checking in after 3pm, then this is a great choice of accommodation for the price.

Amazing place and amazing staff, the only downside is that they don't clean the room unless you pay 45 euros per cleaning day.

Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building.

I liked everything about this place! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect-close to everything we needed. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Carola! She made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
