Hotel Susa in Milan

Great location super close to trains to easily get around. Breakfast was good the server was super nice.

Only 1 complaint was a gentleman working at night on the weekend who told us we needed to leave our key at the front when we leave. Which no one else had to said us when we checked in or the previous 5 nights before. It was weird but other then that highly recommend. Will stay here again

Booked the hotel for 3 nights, it was a great stay, location was perfect near the metro station (2 mins walk). It has a supermarket near it, neighborhood was fine with a park in front of the hotel but i felt safe through out the period.

Very comforting place away from home. A serene stay in a big and chaotic city like Milan. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Location is perfect at walking distance near recreational parks, very fine restaurants and bars, supermarket and self-service laundry services. The reception was open 24/7 and very helpful with our every request. Amazing breakfast buffet and the service staff was incredibly kind, helpful and positive, in very special regard the head of service, a very wholesome woman named Terry, who all the guests and staff affectionally called "Nonna" (Granma) with her calm nature and pleasant talk she made us feel right at home. Definitely 5 stars and next time in Milan we know where we are staying.

The rooms are ok, the bathroom and the balcony are very spacious. Breakfast is very good. Staff is nice. Parking is a bit of problem.

Really good location, they were doing a station of metro when I had the opportunity to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is perhaps the breakfast, a bit poor compared to other similar hotels. Bags.

Very good Hotel, rooms are new and well decorated, the linens and beds super, the staff were kind. Not very convenient but the price is adequate to the structure.

Rooms where clean, receptionists adorable, and kindness was a standard.
Rooms have a lot of natural sunlight, so you don't have to fatigue your eyes, with artificial light..
Definitely a good choice for travellers with a budget.
