As soon as you leave the reception, you can find everything you need on Corso Buenos Aires. It's nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Very happy with the hotel and the metro is a 2 minute walk.
Would stay again

The room was rather small. We had a lot of luggage and arrived a day early, so we spent 50 euros to store our luggage at the hotel. The breakfast wasn't very plentiful either. The transportation was somewhat disproportionate, and I felt the city tax was a bit more expensive than at other hotels.

The location is great, very close to the subway station. There is a supermarket downstairs, which is convenient for shopping, and there are also many places to eat nearby.

Booking in advance allowed us to choose a room with two queen beds, suitable for four people. European hotels rarely offer slippers or toiletries, and the shower was a combination hair and body shampoo. Breakfast was a typical continental spread, simple but filling, with few fruits and vegetables. The water in the bathroom was drinkable, and there was no kettle. Transportation was convenient, with a direct subway link to Milan Cathedral. We purchased a 90-minute metro card, good for 90 minutes, and could still get to the train station after our walk, which was fine. The walk from the central train station was quite long, so we walked anyway. We only stayed for one night, and the city tax was based on four people, including a child's fee. I specifically asked about it. After discussing it with Qunar, we received a refund the next day when we checked out.

My family (including my two children) stayed in a room with a double bed and a single bed, which was sufficient since we only needed to sleep.
The only thing that bothers me is the lack of tissues in the room.
It was not noisy at all and the room was not uncleaned at all.
The front desk staff were also friendly and pleasant.
There is a supermarket, McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King nearby, and the station is only a one-minute walk away, so the location was great.

Fantastic location - so close to the metro, restaurants, supermarket. Good breakfast. But the wifi connectivity isn't good in the room.

The staff and the hotel are fine, but the nearby area is dodgy - this should be taken into account.

Did not experience any issues. Checked in at 11 am but rooms were not available until after 2pm so we had to leave our bags in the front. They are kind of out in the lobby and not put up anywhere so i guess if you are leaving your bags before you venture off maybe just take your valuables in case. They do number your bags and id hope keep an eye on them, but there was a bunch of bags there so we left ours with them and had no issues while we left to visit the city. The area around is not the nicest or cleanest but the train station loreto is 1 minute away and the city central is only a 10 minute train ride away. Easy to access. Room was spacious and clean. Ac was good. Bathroom was good. No issues.
