Great location. Excellent staff. Room was very clean but bathroom was small.

The breakfast bar is first rate- you can request that they make you a cappuccino etc. Real linens on the table. Also, free bottles of water and bit size cupcakes to snack on at the end of the day. It has a tiny elevator but it worked and that is always a plus for Italy. Also it is a 5minute cab ride from The Milano Cadorna train station which is a stop for the Malapensa Express a train that you can use to travel between the hotel and Malapensa airport. Finally, it is 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and a major shopping area. This has now become our top choice for a hotel in Milan

We just stayed one night at this hotel and everything was perfect.

The room was spacious,and clean and offered everything we needed: tea/coffee, free minibar, wifi, slippers, toiletries and even chocolate with a nice little welcome message. The decor was beautiful.

The staff was amazingly welcoming and professional - not just one person, but ALL of them - this really made the stay something special.

The breakfast was very nice - varied and fresh. Quick service.

The location is great - right in the middle of everything, yet nice and quiet. There are restaurants close to the hotel, but most are rather touristy, so we went to the Brera-area close by.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it deserves another star because of the high quality and service.

We loved this hotel! Clean, quiet, ideally located for us, all the staff were great, good breakfast and good prosecco before dinner. Also they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We would absolutely stay there again.

Front desk staff was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. Pretty lobby with a small bar for guests and excellent breakfast in a pretty side room. This was our 4th hotel in 2 weeks and the bed was by far the most comfortable, great linens and pillows.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Every night they had a welcome of guests with a glass of prosecco, nice way to meet and talk with other guests.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location for seeing the Duomo and Sforza Castle.

Great hotel! It is located five minutes from the Duomo. Excellent service, comfortable room, very good breakfasts. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definitely come back. I highly recommend the hotel.
