Milan is beautiful, and the hotel has a great location with convenient subway access. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The service is good and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at City 20 Hotel in Milan. The hotel is modern, essential in style, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were adequately sized and functional. The reception staff was extremely friendly and professional. They were especially helpful in managing a small issue I had, handling it quickly and efficiently, which I truly appreciated. The location is also very convenient, in the Loreto area, just two metro stops from Milano Centrale station. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and practical stay in Milan

The hotel room was small, but at least it had air conditioning and a small refrigerator. I didn't really like the surrounding area; I felt a bit unsafe at night. I didn't see any breakfast or coffee available, but there's a great coffee shop nearby.

This is a Chinese-run hotel with excellent service, almost like the service in China.

The receptionist was very helpful; he called a taxi for us and even found the chocolate we forgot to bring.

Facilities: Aside from not providing breakfast, everything was there. There are restaurants right outside.

Cleanliness: Clean; the sheets and blankets were spotless.

Service: Excellent service; people from Wenzhou really know how to do business! I'll definitely stay here again for the Milan Motor Show.

Quiet location
Milan accommodation was very expensive Saturday and Sunday night due to Italian Grand Prix, this was a quiet location better than I thought didn’t notice any dodgy people around, room was basic but good enough for 2 night stay, clean, bed was comfortable enough, short walk to metro

The hotel is new,clean and spacious.

Really great value for its price! Incredibly different from all the other reviews which were pre-2025/late 2024 when management changed and rooms were renovated. They were spacious and had everything we need. Location is a quick 7 min walk from the metro and relatively central. Free water was provided as well as an in unit laundry!! The owners were really friendly and helped us whenever possible.

Horrendous experience. I had booked a few weeks prior, but on the day of travel they requested that I cancel my reservation in exchange for a refund. I cancelled and they didn’t honour their refund and took my money. After much complaining, they still refused. Never felt so cheated in my life. Would not recommend.
