Hotel Florence in Milan

A nice hotel opposite a park and walking distance to restaurants. Even at night the park and the area didn't look dangerous. Hotel was simple with really good service and luggage storage was available if you rocked up at the hotel well before the check in time, like us. Room is quiet big but with basic furniture and utensils.

I can't say I'm delighted, but at the same time I have nothing bad to say. The price and quality are in line. Milan is wonderful; you instantly forget all the hotel's shortcomings.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Florence in Milano. The location is good balance with price and distance to the city centre. You can reach Red line metro station in 5-10 min and bus stop just steps away from the entrance, making it super convenient to explore the city. There’s also some places to eat and a supermarket nearby, which was perfect for grabbing coffee or essentials. You have a mini fridge in your room. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable bed and good quality bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was with a powerful shower,  and nice toiletries provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The only downside was the traffic noise when the windows were open, but this was a minor issue and didn’t detract from the overall experience, especially if you prefer aircon during the night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist with a smile. And yes, the tourist tax is currently  6€ per night, but this is payment to the city not to the hotel. Highly recommend Hotel Florence for its excellent location, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. I’d happily stay here again!

We booked this hotel, encouraged by the very positive comments of the guests. The hotel is welcoming, a 5-minute walk from the Loreto metro where the Red line (Duomo 5 stops) and Green line (Central Station 2 stops) intersect. Breakfast qualitatively more than sufficient. Perfect WiFi. Modern, clean and welcoming room with new bathroom and large and very comfortable bed. The reception and breakfast room staff were kind and helpful. A positive weekend.

It is central and the attendants are very friendly, the hotel is very clean, breakfast is included. It is in front of a park and you can hear many birds and it is quite cool. The reception needs to be remodeled and some furniture too.

I stayed two nights in this hotel located near Piazzale Loreto. Great price, the center is easy to reach with the green and red lines (7 minutes to Piazza Duomo), clean, helpful and friendly staff, abundant breakfast both sweet and savory. Highly recommended! If I were to return to Milan I will definitely stay here.

Close enough to the metro, could have been closer, but probably 7 minutes walk max, very tidy and clean, pleasant hotel. Breakfast very nice, coffee great, grilled aubergines and small mozzarella balls were lovely, to my liking, not massive choice but everything you need. Liked it a lot. 3 stars.

Stayed 3 days in Milan and this hotel was perfect. The location was out of the centre (40 minute walk) but close to metro stations as well as a few good restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. The hotel itself is well presented, the staff are really nice and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast was classic continental and very good quality. Overall cannot fault this place at all, highly recommended.
