Hotel Canada in Milan is a great, well-located option between Navigli and Duomo, with easy metro access from Linate Airport. We felt safe walking around day and night as two women, which made a big difference.
The room was comfortable and quiet despite being near the lift. Breakfast was simple (not a full English) but had enough variety—pastries, pancakes, fruit, and continental options.
Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay—I’d happily return.

Excellent location, close to the Duomo and many activities to enjoy while visiting Milan. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location a short and interesting walk to the Duomo. Great cafes and restaurants around it. Lovely staff, stylish clean rooms and a generous buffet breakfast. The hotel kindly let us check into our room early as we had flown overnight from Australia and were so tired and in need of a shower! Highly recommended good value hotel.

I was satisfied overall, but the service from the staff was especially great. They even recommended some great restaurants.
The breakfast was delicious, so I recommend getting a plan that includes breakfast.
The only downside was that the shower was a little tricky to use (the temperature was unstable), but other than that it was great.

The hotel was generally okay, and the rooms were generally clean and tidy. However, there were two significant shortcomings: room service was unavailable at night, and the breakfast was average, with limited options, which significantly reduced the experience.

I had an overall lovely stay. The location is absolutely ideal, central, vibrant, and very convenient for getting around. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how safe and welcoming the environment felt. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my visit, which made a big difference.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. They advertised having three real beds in the triple room, which is why I booked it. When we arrived, it turned out to be a horrible sofa bed. They didn’t want to offer me a solution and gave a discount of 10 euros per night on a new room, thinking they were doing a lot. They should adjust their advertisement because other hotels do it right. The elevator smelled terrible, like rotten feet. We used the stairs because we couldn’t stand the stench. The breakfast was simple but okay. The location was also okay, nothing special. There were few restaurants nearby.

There’s a few things about this hotel to like such as the location and breakfast. Then there’s the rest. The elevators stinks like feet, I am not joking, it’s so horrible. I’ve been taking the nyc subway for 30 years and I prefer any smell there. I wonder if they have shame that it smells so bad and why does it smell so bad anyway. The bathroom was terrible. The bath tub had a lot of damages like random brown stains and spots everywhere. The room itself had my allergies going crazy. When you look at the ac vent, it’s black, might be mold. It’s a dangerous thing to have if it is mold. The beds were fine. The location is the best part. I’m upset at myself for booking this place. The staff is nice but that’s to be expected of any hotel.
