My room was next to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t too bad and understandable for the price. I understand I'm paying for the location, not the luxury. Overall, I think the hotel offers good value considering its central location and reasonable rates. It’s a convenient choice for travelers who want to explore Lucerne on foot without spending too much.

The room we got was spacious. The room temperature was too high and it was hard to fix as the thermostat was broken and none was able to come and fix it that evening. Thankfully we were able to, after some efforts..
Still, we had to sleep with the windows open on a busy street.
The breakfast was ok, but there wasn’t much choice and no vegan option apart from a banana.
I’m not sure why but there was a hole in the corridor.
Overall, it was ok for a short stay.
