The property is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the area is clean and quiet.
It would be even better if sandals and toothpaste were available for guests.

Everything was great. Just a 1-minute walk from Monza Central Station. The room was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, clean and modern. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook. Close to the train station.

Conveniently located just steps from the train station. Exceptionally clean everywhere! There's a shared kitchen for cooking or heating up. As for the downsides, as others have already mentioned, it's unclear why it's impossible to send entry codes in advance on the day of arrival if a foreign guest requests one, as not everyone has roaming or Wi-Fi access upon check-in. Email and text requests were ignored. You must call the doorbell—standing at the door.

No advance instructions regarding the check in process were provided, although they could have easily been sent before arrival (as it was a non-contact process through door codes). Also, received a wrong door code for the room. Unnecessary and unprofessional hassle to say the least.
AC did not work properly in the room.

Host was very helpful and amenities were good. It would be nice if they could send a text or email to the guests with exact location and codes as it is difficult to read the signs at night.

It's very close to Monza Station and there's a bus stop nearby for direct transfers from Malpensa Airport, so it's convenient.
The room was clean, spacious, and warm.
The Wi-Fi was fine.
The reception staff was also kind.
It was a shame that only one day's breakfast was included.
I might stop here again.
