Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: There's a tram line right outside the window, which can be a bit noisy, but it stops running late at night.
Service: OK.
Good that they done the room every day and quit calm atmosphere.
That would’ve be nice if they provided drinking water bottles every day too. We requested water bottles and they said that they only provide two bottles of water free of charge and after that guests has to pay for the water bottles. That was very new to me because I been to so many hotels around different countries and I didn’t have to pay for them.
I thought checking out in Holidays in would be simple too but the receptionist’s service was unacceptable because he took time to sign us off and our cab was waiting.
Recommendations for improvement:
Guests/customers should receive water supplies I they’re hotel’s every day.
