Our room was spacious, with a large balcony and a big window, which we really appreciated. The bathroom was fine overall. One downside was the lack of charging options—there were very few sockets, no USB ports, and we had to unplug a lamp to charge our phones. There was also no key card; instead, we were given a very large physical key. The thermostat in our room didn’t seem to work properly and was constantly blowing hot air. We didn’t contact service about it and simply turned it off when not needed.
Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a convenient location.
About services I think the hotel needs improvements to deserve the 4 starts classification.
Now, the disadvantages. Parking at the hotel itself? €15/day. For a 4-star, that's a hard pass. Breakfast could also be improved with more fresh options.
