The location is superb, making it easy to get to any part of the city. The staff are friendly, and it's clean and quiet. There was always hot water. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned daily.

A clean hotel near Milano Centrale, standard quality you see at hotels nearby Italian railway stations. The location is great both for trains/Metro and reaching Milan airport. The buses stop right opposite the hotel entrance. There're several hotels in the same building but the signage is good and it is easy to find the entrance/hotel.

Run by Chinese owners, the lady at the front desk was very nice. The soundproofing in the hotel is extremely poor. It's probably on par with the most basic budget hotels in China, or even an old, run-down house. It's okay for a one-night stopover.

Really close to central railway station. Warm room (what I found uncommon in Italy and very pleasant for me). Room had a small cosy balcony with beautiful view. Warm floors in the bathroom 😍. Breakfast costed me only 8 euro and for this price it was more than good. In total it is great value for money.

Need to take a lift to level 3 to check in. The manual lift is old and rusty and seems like they need some maintenance. There are 2 doors to close before the lift can operate. The room is not too small but the TV is really very small (looks like a 24 inch tv). The hot shower takes a while to heat up and water pressure is very small. When i check with the staff she told me her manager need to take 30 mins to come to this hotel to check any issue with the hotel shower. Toiletries provided were plastic cups which makes the hotel standard looks low class. Room cleaning only made the bed and clear rubbish and did not even clean the toilet bowl and basin. Would not recommend this hotel. Disappointed with the standard of this hotel as it looks more like a budget or guest house

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location! The train station is just a few minutes' walk away!!!! For the airport, there's also a bus stop right across from the hotel; it costs €10 and takes an hour to Malpensa!!!! The hotel stands out for its quality, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean!!! Our stay was delightful, and we would definitely choose it again. We highly recommend it!!!

This is a nice place but you should be aware to photo in their website is the Central station. Hotel is on the third floor of a building across the station. That's a nice clean hotel. I loved it.

Avoid this hotel.
The White very RUDE receptionist and Dirty sheets and towels are waiting for you here.
Don't waste your valuable money here.
The white receptionist who worked on 16:30 10th Nov. was extremly arrogant and unwelcoming.Very Rude.
Never come back here.
The hotel is never soundproof. Water flows and loud voicess. All came into my ears directly.So terrible when staying here.
It is not clean with stains in the pillows and sheets.
The towels you can easy find hair inside and smells funky and bad.
It does not deserve the category of three stars.
It deserve a one star. Even less.

Don't go to this horrible hotel.
Be aware that the very RUDE white young receptionist
and very dirty room!!!
The receptionist,White Young woman is VERY RUDE.
She is working around 11th of November 9pm.
One hundred percent for sure She Hates her job. I feel like a mean AI is working at the reception. So horrible to see her whenever I enter the hotel and when checking in.
I will never come back this hotel because I don't want to see that no facial expression face.
The one more horrible thing is a hygiene issue.
I upload photos of sheets in stain.
not clean at all with stains in the pillows and sheets.
I found those dirty stains all over the sheets so I had to go to the reception.
So horrible.
Not only those two bad things(the horrible white young receptionist and dirty sheets )
There are more problems in this hotel.
