They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It felt like safe place for solo female travellers. The location was also great near M2 Metro line, 20 mins from central. Great breakfast options as well! Will definitely book again if I visit Milan in future!

All the staff were warm, friendly, and very attentive. Thank to all. The cleanliness was also excellent. There's a metro station and bus stop very close to the hotel, which is a nice bonus. The hotel's location is also ideal for other modes of transportation.

I booked a junior suite, which had a large window with access to the terrace. However, the terrace was surrounded by a +/-3-meter-high wall, so the view from the window was of a concrete wall, and the sky was only visible if you looked up. The air conditioning was very loud and could not be turned off in the room because it was centrally controlled. It was only turned off after repeated requests at the reception desk so that we could sleep at all. The restaurant staff were not very friendly.

Very nice hotel. Felt clean and modern. Very close to a metro stop, supermarket and some nice resteraunts. There was AC in the room but it couldnt be controlled, however it was set to a good temperature at most times.

It was a very nice hotel with a great location. The metro station is very close to the hotel and you can get anywhere quickly.
Unfortunately, the bar and the hotel were closed in the evening without warning and there was no real explanation for this.

We stayed here 5 years ago, but now especially the breakfast quality has decreased significantly. Rooms are clean and good, but also very Spartaneous.

Great small hotel with all the amenities and newly redecorated rooms. Across from a supermarket so great if you need to replenish travel supplies or just need a bite to eat!

A very cost-effective hotel. It is small but very clean. It is not easy to find such an affordable hotel during Milan Fashion Week. The service staff are also very good. The location is 3 kilometers away from the train station. The room is very quiet. I have very good soundproof windows and the room has a nice aroma. The price/performance ratio is very high. I am very satisfied.
