This was one of my worse experiences in hotel stays.
- the bedside lights are 5€ ikea cheap red lights that do nothing in terms of lighting.
- the blinds don’t stop the light from coming in and are red so you wake up from it.
- loud noises from room next door and dog barking in the building.
- there was no soap on the shower!!
- the state of the bathroom is quite bad, the shower door is flimsy and the tiles are broken in some places, there is mold, etc.
- the toilet was leaking (there was some water in the front)
- shower head had a LOT of calc (was all white and the water not coming out normally)
- the beds are VERY basic (basically just out there) and there’s 1 closet - minimal furniture.
- the window was open so I spent a good 20 minutes trying to get rid of mosquitoes.

I had stayed in what is now a hotel some time ago and found it to be good. On faith, I decided to book these rooms for two nights. While I found the lady very kind, the room was truly forgettable. Unwelcoming, cold, and lacking any comforts: not even a bedside lamp for reading, a tiny hanging TV, not even a towel radiator to secure a towel after a shower, dated window frames with drafts, a truly uncomfortable spring mattress (I made a double with two single beds pushed together), and thin walls that didn't even guarantee basic privacy. The room was clean, that's for sure. Although someone had probably smoked in the room before me, and so the smell remained, probably some uncivilized guest. I asked for a bedside lamp but didn't even get a response. In any case, I think kindness isn't enough; it's an experience I will definitely avoid in the near future.

It was quite positive, most importantly, the rooms were clean, and I respect that.
Additional pluses included a large room and bathroom, three sets of towels, and self-catering. Free parking right in front of the hotel 👍🏻👍🏻
On the downside, the hotel is probably past its prime; it simply wasn't the most beautiful room we've ever stayed in. The walls were very thin, and we could hear everything going on in the room next door and in the hallway, but for the price, it's definitely worth it.

Totally okay! It's not a fancy hotel or anything but for a humble person that just wants a place to stay in Milan its absolutely doable!
Even tho, its best to arrive by car! Free Parking spaces availabe on the street infront of the building. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car (parking 6€ for the whole day at the metro station). Highway exit very nearby too. Supermarket 3 minutes by Foot.
Staff was nice, self checkin possible too.
I'd stay there again if I ever go to Milan by car again!

Absolute freedom to come and go as you please, can hold onto your room keys all the time.

If you need somewhere to stay very near Milan in a no frills place, you must stay here.
Very close to motorways, a good shopping centre, clean, functional.

We just got on a train that we risked losing only thanks to the availability and the big heart of these people!
Fantastic staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and strategic location especially for those like us who had to get as close as possible to the Monza racetrack
