Andrea at front reception was excellent. Everyone there was friendly and available to answer all our questions plus give suggestions on where and what to do. Room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay in Sirmione.

Underwhelming
underwhelming experience to say the least. The hospitality is 0 and staff will argue with you over the smallest requests. The beds are firm as it gets. Wifi is barely usable and cellular is an deadzone. The pool is nice but thats about it.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Location is good. About a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants in the evenings. About a 40 min walk to centre of Sirmione, but also good bus service for only a euro or two to the centre also. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Very happy with our stay there. Travelled with kids. And very family friendly too.

Got a more modern room for a small extra charge - room was very nice & clean!
The pool was large and therefore also suitable for swimming lanes.
The staff were always very friendly!
We hired bikes one day (absolutely fine price) - it took about 10-15 minutes to get to the old town of Sirmione. However, you can also take the bus to the old town for 1€ per person/ride. The bus stop is 3-5 minutes walk away.
Breakfast was typical Italian, but we've had better breakfasts - there's definitely room for improvement!

I booked the room via Expedia. When arriving to check in the lady at the front desk asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a new renovated room for €50. We said no the room we booked was okay. She then asked if we would pay €10 for the upgrade, we still said no and insisted the room was okay. She then told us she would upgrade us for free anyway.

The room was lovely, and I can not fault it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had the rainfall shower. It was spacious and new.

When checking out we were told to take there business card so in future we could book directly with them rather then through Expedia.
