Very nice room clean, warm and with perfect location for bernina train.

Nice rooms with easy access and friendly personnel. The locations is great when you’re trying to stay close to the train station (eg for Bernina Express at 8 am) - literally just a 1 min walk. There are also many restaurants around. The room had a fridge, a/c and a comfortable bathroom.

Nice clean room right across the street from the Bernina Express. Comfortable bed with microwave a minimal kitchen. WiFi was very slow and spotty. That was the only real issue. The location was the best thing about this place. Very close to food and city’s main square.

B&B means bed and breakfast but this hotel don't have breakfast (they said they sent me this info but I didn't see) and bed was very uncomfortable( they say it's the best bed but may he not for me sorry) , Window was looking to inside stairs. It was clean and new but disappointment for me. Also I have to climb 2 stairs with my 2 years old child

This was a highlight for us. We had a double room and a junior sweet for our party. The rooms were very clean, well laid out with all you need. Only a few mins from the train station I recommend checking in online to save the walk to the hotel. We stayed here after our trip on the Bernina express before heading to Milan. Nice and quiet and a great nights sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at Contrada Beltramelli! The setting is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the food was delicious (dinner and breakfast) and the staff were super friendly. They were very good with my gluten intolerance, and even helped us with a lift back to the station. 100% recommend a stay here!

Awesome place just outside the "center" of Tirano. Maybe 5-6min by taxi. You might feel like you're in the middle of no where but this place is really awesome. Friendliest people, amazing food, and just instantly felt at home. Rooms have character and the whole hotel is very clean, comfortable and a joy to be in.

Great hotel, a special the spa and the outdoor sauna.

Wonderful family hotel right on the ski slopes. My girls were thrilled with the heated pools and the mini club service. I recommend it for a family vacation combining sport and relaxation. The view from the "panoramic" slope is fantastic. It's a shame there wasn't much snow in Aprica.

Went to the restaurant. Only one person spoke English and was very nice. The local food was amazing but pricey (around 25€ per person).

I was very close to give 5*, BUT... to me they are losing 1* with the rooms' standard - which according to our opinion is overpriced. The bathroom is completely not isolated from generated sounds - it is not giving any comfort, nor privacy. And the room was too "modular" - elements like in IBIS. Should not happen for €300+! The rest is outstanding - high level service, very kind owners, excellent atmosphere...

Great hotel, restaurant offer needs looking at. Our trip was Winter for skiing, but the wellness centre facilities were excellent. The restaurant prices need reducing since evening meal options are limited and if you had children would be very expensive. Other than that, the hotel was very good. The location and service are both amazing..option of ski lockers by the slope. The room was just ok, no option for hot tea or water. Sink in the bathroom is large and makes using toilet a bit uncomfortable. A Minor inconvenience was also the lack of vegetables in the breakfast menu but this might be a cultural difference. A 'gem' of a hotel. Great location, being a short walk to ski lifts as well as the picturesque town of Ponte Di Legno. The hotel was spotless and had a real cosy feel with the open fire. We had a lovely room with balcony looking to the forest and mountains. A short walk to the centre of Ponte and a few minutes walk to the lifts so veru conveniently positioned. We were room only which we prefer. Great ski room with plenty space.

Great hotel overall. The staff was generally attentive and professional. However, I did experience one uncomfortable incident where I was asked to give up my seat for a group before I had finished my drink, and no alternative accommodation was offered. There appeared to be plenty of available seating elsewhere, so this interaction was surprising. Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant.

The property itself is nice and confortable but the service was really bad. The owner didn’t let us drink our wine in any part of hotel common areas and refused to borrow a bottle opener and glasses for us to drink in our room unless we bought in the hotel bar. If you want to use the frigobar you need to pay 1 euro per day. They want to charge for every single item that a four stars hotel should provide...

We enjoyed the stay very much. The young lady in the reception/bar (working from 1300 hours) was so nice and serviceminded. At the breakfast the lady in charge was spending too much time instructing the 2 other staffs of how to angle the spoons, so the 3 of them were actually blocking the buffet most of the time. A little less micro management would be in order.

Excellent spot for a relaxing vacation. The area in itself is a bit remote however the upside is the tranquillity and the less than average amount of tourist. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the glacier. Livigno is less than an hour away, Bormio is closer and Stelvio pass is less than an hour away.
