Excellent spot for a relaxing vacation. The area in itself is a bit remote however the upside is the tranquillity and the less than average amount of tourist. From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the glacier. Livigno is less than an hour away, Bormio is closer and Stelvio pass is less than an hour away.

Brilliant hotel clean, comfortable bed and breakfast is good too truly recommended.

Breakfast was really really good in particular the homemade Italian cakes/ pastries and yogurt.
The room was very clean with an excellent view from terrace.
Wonderful and great place to stay, we will surely come back.

This hotel is located in a village and landscape taken out from fairy tales – I can only imagine it in winter with all covered in white snow! My wife and I went there for some good rest after driving thru the famed Stelvio Pass in the Italian Alps. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and warm, the view out the window was fantastic (note: everywhere you look in this region of Italy is breathtaking); that night my wife was feeling congested and the lady in the reception made her a hot tea and offered her if she needed something else to call. The next morning we went down to check out and have some coffee, it was past 10 am, so breakfast was over; in the reception there was the same lady from the night before, we ordered a couple of espressos, she asked us if we wanted to have something more for breakfast before leaving, we agreed and she prepared for us very good coffee, brought out yogurt, bread, jam and homemade pastries and cookies done by herself; we chatted in our limited Italian and it turned out she was the owner, her name is Letizia. We are so grateful to have met her that morning! She's a lovely, friendly and very helpful person. Undoubtedly, she made the difference in our trip. Grazie mile, Letizia!!

Perfect View and very cozy place i.m sure i.m gonna come Back!

Basic rooms but perfect, clean, friendly hosts, great breakfast, garage parking for motorcycle. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Nice hotel, good position for both Bormio and Livigno. Breakfast with croissant and cakes was very good. Despite the person at the reseption didn't remember we had already paid through Booking, we solved the problem and we had a good time.

I've been there for a week end ti enjoy sking in Livigno and Bormio therms. The hotel is in a great position to do both. Very friendly staff, ready to help you whenever you need. I sure come to this hotel again.
