Very disappointing stay. Wi-Fi constantly disconnected and was extremely slow. Staff spoke very limited English. Very poor customer service!!! Despite a pay at the property Booking.com reservation, I was charged almost £40 more than the confirmed price. Insufficient parking. Hygiene items were minimal and the hotel does not meet a 4-star standard. Pool overcrowded, no free sunbeds or changing rooms; bathrobe costs €5. Extra charges for almost everything that is normally included in 4-star hotels. Only one restaurant open from 7 a.m., no entertainment, no information about local attractions. Check-in took 25 minutes due to only one receptionist. Apart from modern décor, beds are not comfortable and there is really nothing positive. Would not return and do not recommend.

Wonderful family hotel right on the ski slopes. My girls were thrilled with the heated pools and the mini club service. I recommend it for a family vacation combining sport and relaxation. The view from the "panoramic" slope is fantastic. It's a shame there wasn't much snow in Aprica.

Loved the hotel and the location. We booked the hotel for the heated pool, but could not get to use it as it is only open for a limited number of hours (11 am to 8 pm)

Absolutely great hotel. We had a Classic family room (2 adults and 2 children). The rooms were clean, cleaned regularly. We stayed for 5 nights with half board. The food was of very high quality, we had a great gastronomic experience. The staff was very friendly and nice, especially in the restaurant. The hotel manager Salvatore was a very friendly and nice guy, thank you for his service! The hotel has a great ski room, you go in your slippers and leave in your ski boots, which are dried overnight on heated dryers. You can ski to the ski slope and ski directly to the hotel from the ski slope. Very nice heated pool and outdoor pool included in the basic price. Great stay!!!

A fantastic well equipped hotel in Aprica however please be aware the spa is not included and you need to book and pay an extra 20 Euro per person

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely hotel. We stayed in the deluxe family suite which was modern, clean and very comfortable. The housekeeping was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly and helpful. The hotel hosted a fabulous party on New Year’s Eve and all staff went out of their way to make sure this was a memorable evening. Well done! The ski room is modern with heated lockers and only a minute from the Baradello chair lift. I’d read some mixed reviews before staying but please don’t be put off, we have very high standards and were delighted with our experience at this hotel.

I was part of a school trip - it’s a great hotel with lots of space. I have to really give a massive shout out to the restaurant manager - Salvatore - he had just arrived 2 days before (with many years experience in other hotels) - and was just fantastic!!! With 50 school children and 7 teachers, it’s never easy to accommodate all their requirements, but he did everything he could to make sure it went well! And he is the nicest, friendliest person I’ve ever met!! 5*+ on this!! Ciao Salvi!!

Overall, it was a terrible experience! Acceptable for a 2-star hotel. Not sure where to start...
1) We have a little kid, so it was important for us to have a playroom available and a swimming pool. However, none of it was accessible, although we asked in advance.
2) The manager wasn't interested in talking to us, while the rest of the personnel seemed like they could process only very simple tasks - unfriendly & incompetent
3) Repetitive breakfasts and MOULDY BUTTER SERVED EVERY DAY. The dinners were the highlight - interesting variety of meals.
4) The room was pretty simple with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom was tiny with a leaky and mouldy shower corner
5) Accessibility and equipment for skiers is pretty nice
Compensation or free drinks would make my experience less bitter, but I didn't even get a simple SORRY.
