Albergo Cioccarelli in Aprica

I chose the Hotel Cioccarelli in Aprica for its good value, location, and simplicity.
My stay was pleasant: the rooms are spartan but functional, and the hotel has a vintage style that makes it welcoming and quaint.
The location is excellent, just steps from the Palabione ski lifts and close to the ski slopes.

The classic breakfast offers freshly prepared scrambled eggs, hot drinks, fresh cake, fruit, jams, individual toasts, and milk with cereal.

It has ski storage and a common room with a bar open until 7:00 PM. At check-in, I was offered special deals with local restaurants and shops, and the staff is friendly. An excellent choice for a weekend in the snow without luxury pretensions.

A simple hotel, but I didn't need anything else! Excellent location for the ski slopes, hiking, and a tour of the town... you can leave your car behind! Clean rooms, a slightly small bathroom, but fine for what you need. The food is good and prepared with passion, even by the owner Alessandro, a very kind person who makes everything available and always tries to accommodate your needs to ensure a comfortable stay.

Really good value for money. Just what we were looking for: a structure without many unnecessary frills, clean and comfortable. Rooms not very modern but with what you need: tranquility, order and cleanliness. Pleasantly surprised by some important details including the change of sheets every three nights.
Really excellent home cooking, only two choices per course but really quality and well cooked, vegetables buffet. Perfect service with very kind and helpful room staff, made us feel pampered.
Ultra recommended, we will definitely be back.

A typical mountain hotel, you don't have to look for rooms designed by a stylist, but they are functional and welcoming.
The staff are nice and try to do everything at their best.
Do not forget the very favorable quality - price ratio.

We had a quad room with 5 beds and two TVs, clean. Beautiful alpine-style rooms with wooden walls overlooking the slopes and garden. Bathroom a bit old (with tub) but clean and plenty of towels. Great location, very kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast with homemade cakes and mixed buffet. Ideal for families. I was satisfied.
