Have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times in the last 10 years. Always love the staff service. The restaurant is also excellent for its attentive staff and lovely genovese food. Breakfast is also excellent. Although I hope an upgrade will come soon, the rooms are clean but tired.

Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. The location is so bad. For those traveling many cities in Europe and just stopping by Genoa, I would not recommend here. It’s too far from city center or station and very inconvenient to reach. Hotel amenities are so limited considering the is Mercure. While this may not be this hotel problem, but workers in cafeteria are discriminating against Asians. It might be common in Europe.

We have been very happy to be here. Everything has been good! A really nice restaurant with excellent food, a super room that has been spotless, a nice pool, a fantastic view and a good atmosphere all the time. It is a place we can only recommend to everybody! The only downside... is the almost 4 km downhill to the nearest town, Acqui Terme.

I hosted a group Pilates retreat @pilatesbodycenter in the region and this was suggested for dinner and did not disappoint! The views alone are worth the visit, but the food was excellent as well. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Looking forward to a return visit!

Hotel was nothing out of this world, had the basics but was lacking that I’m going to feel rested after I sleep here feel which is what you’d think you’d get with the price tag(100 euro ish). Location was amazing however and breakfast was also nice.

Absolutely amazing, the hotel is literally on the beach, I'd say 25m from the water, lovely place to snorkel, there are a lot of fish species and hundreds of them. Hotel is great, clean and staff are lovely. Lots of things to do around as well if you're into visiting stuff, great connection with buses all around.

A very neat hotel right in the city center. For breakfast we were offered a variety of sweet/salty like cakes, eggs etc. The room was clean, silent at night and bed comfortable. The heating can be managed easily via an ac system - as i saw some comments complaining about that.

Excellent stay: the place is very quiet and relaxing. Lots of lush greens around the house, a little forest just round the corner and some charming history behind the Fornace. Owners are very welcoming and willing to help you turn your stay into a lovely tour of all sorts of tastes of the land, from food to wine.

The hotel is in a good location near the airport. Ideal for early flights. It has a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is convenient if you have several suitcases.

This was a very last minute booking due to train cancellation. It is only 10 min walk from Alessandria station which is convenient. Home away from home Fantastic stay at this hotel. I had a late arrival, but that was no issues since the hotel has a 24h front desk. Quiet and calm area in Alessandria. I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. Lovely overnight stay in an area just outside city centre by a few kilometres. Still easy to get to and had a local feel with many workers and families coming together under the arcades. Nice to have breakfast included in price. Would recommend the bed to any traveller!

This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. We are staying two nights before leaving on a Transatlantic cruise.

We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal. Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable! The service from the staff was great, they helped with a rental car and taxis and were very pleasant. The lobby area is inviting and the President Suite was large. The mattress is old with big dips in it, very bad for my back. There are mechanical shutters on all windows which is nice for keeping it dark in the morning. We arrived on a weekend when hotels were very expensive. If I'd paid three times less for this hotel, which is what it normally costs, I probably wouldn't have complained. However, the value for money was completely unsatisfactory. It's not a place I'd want to return to, unless it undergoes a complete renovation.
