Absolutely amazing, the hotel is literally on the beach, I'd say 25m from the water, lovely place to snorkel, there are a lot of fish species and hundreds of them.
Hotel is great, clean and staff are lovely.
Lots of things to do around as well if you're into visiting stuff, great connection with buses all around.

The hotel is on the beach but the area of Genoa is pretty industrial

Something very special, a small castle with wonderful waves all night long. very pleasant for everyone who loves the sound of the sea.

Very much overpriced, small room, deprecated. Appliances in the room looked like 1 dollar toys. Limited parking, so be sure to park early.

No elevator and no help to take the suitcases upstairs. Staff was grumpy and gossiped about us in Italian to other guests. Very limited breakfast options, slow to refill whatever was empty.

Beautiful hotel on beach! Our terrace over looking the incredible sea! What a view! Large room with king size bed that was perfect! Bathroom has nice shower. Created a hotel from a castle. They're is a terrace on top that looks over city and sea. Simply stunning in every way! Free breakfast provided in private garden. What a gem!

Its the worst experience I ever had in a hotel and I hope I wont ever have a worst or equal experience again. I booked a singles room thorough booking and it had nothing, and I reinforce... Nothing! to do with the pictures. It was basically a cell in the castle. Breakfast was very bad and short, not worth the price at all. It was super far from the city center and even so it was super hard to park around the area and it took very long to get.

Horrible, overpriced, old uncomfortable matters, not very clean or well kept, felt that I had been taken advantage of. This is a 1 star hotel
