The rooms are spacious, bright, and on a higher floor, and the linens are quite nice. Breakfast was also decent. Its convenient location near the train station makes it a good choice, and I'd consider staying here again.

Good hotel near the train station. All the sights are within walking distance. Excellent bed. Didn't like the breakfast.

Good location for the central station. Hotel is being upgraded so there are some areas that seem unfinished. Staff for friendly and room was nice

Facilities: The facilities are okay, but not new.
Hygiene: The hygiene is acceptable, fairly clean.
Environment: The environment is also alright, there's a balcony. However, parking is inconvenient; there are only parking spaces at the entrance, and you have to buy a ticket yourself.
Service: The service is quite good and very friendly, but the breakfast is just so-so.

The location is excellent, just across the street from Porta Nuova train station, a few minutes' walk from the station. It's also within walking distance of attractions like the Royal Palace of Turin.

The hotel is rather basic, and the elevator wasn't particularly clean and was quite dated. The rooms were simple and clean, with basic amenities. Rooms with balconies were relatively quiet, but the railings were flimsy and unsafe.

The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it provided the basics.

One of the elevators was under repair, and the hammer drill was quite noisy during the day.

The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. There's a supermarket near the train station, making it convenient. Although there are some homeless people, I've stayed on this street several times and it's generally safe.
The room was a good size, the breakfast was good, and the hotel lobby is a good place to work.

It was only a two-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for taking the train.

I arrived around noon, but I was able to check in and use my room right away. I really appreciated that.

The room was spacious.

The shower in the bathroom had double doors, which made it difficult to use. Larger people might want to avoid it.

Unusually, there was only one pair of slippers in the room. It would have been nice if there were enough for everyone.

Breakfast had no vegetables at all. I would have liked at least some tomatoes.
