The hotel is definitely a beautiful and luxurious hotel in a great location, but my experience was mixed.

I stayed there for a day-use. Booking through WhatsApp was not very clear—no one asked how many people were staying, and when I arrived with two adults and two small kids, I was told the room booked wasn’t suitable. I had to wait over an hour for another room to be cleaned, and the price ended up being more than double just to use the room for 4 hours.

The room itself was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a huge bathroom and comfortable beds. That was a big plus. Parking right in front of the hotel was free and convenient, also a highlight.

However, there were some serious drawbacks:
• The air conditioning was weak during a very hot day (36°C), making the room uncomfortable and even hotter than the lobby. We spent most of the time in the lobby because of that.
• At one point there was no running water in the room, although reception fixed it within 15–20 minutes.
• The hotel overall is not kid-friendly: no facilities for children and no kid-friendly options in the restaurant. The swimming pool is for +18 only.

In short: a stylish hotel with great rooms and location, but not ideal for families with kids.

Noisy room at night, due to music coming from the window, and noisy aircon system.

The gym is very small, too warm, loud music.

Breakfast not dairy allergy friendly. Some gluten free option but not 5 stars hotel level.

Food restaurant ok.

Good drinks and service at the bar downstairs.

Good customer care at the reception.

Overall it felt like a 4 stars hotel.
