This place is terrible . The room is without window, there is no balkony , the bathroom is in the attic . Inside there is terrible smell like from the toilet. On the booking suite 35 has got 5 stars but When you get there are 3 stars . The lift is broken. Only sweet breakfast- you can’t choose anything else . I don’t recomend this place .

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. Ornella was very kind and committed to give us as many information as we needed for our time in Catania. We felt very welcome at her place. She served us a nice breakfast with great coffee and even let us store our luggage way beyond check-out times! We definitely recommend staying at her place!

A very nice place, within an easy walk to the Cathedral and other spots. Ornella was super helpful and kind. Highly recommended. PS. The bathroom in my suite was palatial.

The location of the structure is perfect 5-10 minutes walking from all attractions of Catania, the room is clean and comfortable even the building may look old from outside, the host is very friendly and helpful.

The host is amazing, kind, patient . Easy access to the main shopping street- lots of eating places just outside the building. Bus stop for buses to the airport is easily accessible by foot

I arrived at the location at 7:45pm after telling I would arrive at 8pm. They have a cut off time to receive guests at 9pm.
When I arrive I see a huge closed door with buzzer on the side (I guess they use one of the floors so you are supposed to call them. I press the button for Suite35 and there was no response. I waited a little longer pressed again.
I left and booked another hotel.
Next day they contacted me to apologize and offered me to stay but They wouldn’t refund me. I sent them a picture of the night before of me at the door and they refused to refund me for not opening the door. Be aware!!!
