B&B I Puritani in Catania

What a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and the jacuzzi bathtub a lovely touch! Being able to see the sea from our balcony was a nice surprise also! Clean, close to the city center and breakfast available (we only ate once but the coffee was good and a small but decent selection of food to start the day). Gabriella was so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Very accommodating hostess. Would recommend this place to everyone

We stayed in Puritani B&B for one night as a couple in early April. We booked the premium suite room (with bathtub in the room). Overall the room was okay - large but little dated in parts, and the spa bath in the room felt to us like more of a photo op / vibe / reason to charge more, than something you would use given it is directly next to a window on a busy road and train line and little privacy. The view of the sea is better in the photos than reality (given the road and trainlines) but on a positive, the room was quiet from road traffic and other guests. It’s worth noting this suite room is right next to the hotel entrance and reception desk, so you do hear some footfall coming and going. Breakfast was good - a small continental breakfast and some local cakes, and the lady serving the coffees was really friendly and attentive. Location was good - very walkable to the main centre and in a good location if you needed to catch the airport bus at all. There was nothing fundamentally wrong with the staff or hotel which were red flags or things to worry about

Super friendly staff, clean, and cute breakfastroom. We arrived late, so then you just call the phone number and they guide you to your room with codes. Its super close to the train station and close to the center!

This was the perfect place. A short walk from Catania Central station; we took the Alibus from the airport. Late checkin was no problem; the instructions to get in were clear and staff communicated well via message. It’s an old building, very pretty, and everything was simple and functional and just right. We had a balcony to the courtyard which was cute. Nothing fancy, but for a “budget” place, this was an excellent experience. We recommend!

We had lovely 1 week stay. The owner Mrs Gabriella was very professional and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Will definitely recommend as the location aswell is very convenient to explore the local sightings and city centre. We had an amazing holiday.
