Booked this place. Notwithstanding I had no obligation to pay out of good faith I paid 3 months out. Iran war cancelled our flights. Back in Catania April 2026 so asked for credit voucher. I got back a lousy offer of 20% off next booking. Very poor

Great location but the door/window to balcony is not sound proof so we barely slept because of the traffic noice. Hygiene and service were not that great for the price you pay, we had a cockroach in the room, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the common kitchen contained things from 2018. All of this can be accepted if it was not for the owner, who was rude to us and is not open to any questions about breakfast or the block located in our room (which turned out to be the bathroom of the room next door). We are really unsatisfied with the whole experience and next time we will definitly choose another hotel/B and B.

Stayed here for three days absolutely Brill location close to everything. Our host Massimilliano was absolutely superb too, organised trips and give some historical facts of this beautiful city and surrounding areas nearby. Will definitely return thanks very much Massimilliano 👍
