A wonderful experience, unfortunately only three days, in a charming building, recently renovated with attention to detail both inside and out. The double room was spotless, spacious and equipped with every comfort. My partner really appreciated the décor and the large terrace. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming, in the best Sicilian tradition. We didn't try the cuisine, but the breakfast was of the highest quality with delicious products and dishes (the pancakes and omelettes were superb!). Special mention goes to the hotel's spa (salus per aquam), which we highly recommend trying. It is an oasis of relaxation where you can recharge your batteries in a sophisticated environment with a wide variety of different spaces (swimming pool, hay bio sauna, turkish bath, salt room, massages, etc.). We will definitely be back for every stay in Catania. PS: the hotel is pet-friendly.

This is my second time to stay here since the new ownership. The staff is first rate! They are very attentive and organized. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. The pastry chef is one of the best! The dinner chef is as good as any 5 star hotel i have stayed in. Customers lunger around in the evening and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Visiting the amazing new spa was something that I was not expecting. The dry sauna is beautiful! Out of a magazine. I will be back.

The stay was wonderful. They have an excellent staff and they serve excellent breakfast. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We also ordered dinner and they were super helpful to accommodate our food requirements. The only problem was traffic noise in the room. It is somewhat beyond their control anyway.

Our first glimpse of Una Hotels One Catania, arriving from the airport late in the evening in our rental car, was a big, big surprise. In an otherwise uninspiring neighborhood, behind a high wall, appeared the well-lit, imposing facade of a palace. There were no more free parking spaces in the yard, so we left the car in the driveway and went to the reception, where we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Check-in went very smoothly; we received our room key and the first information about the available services. This included an invitation to use the self-service Honesty Bar, where we could prepare ourselves our evening drinks. The helpful staff also took care of our car – all we had to do was leave the car keys at reception. Our hotel room wasn't particularly large, but the bed was very comfortable, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the sea and even partly of Mount Etna. A wardrobe was a bit lacking—we had to make do with an open coat rack with a top shelf. The bathroom was quite comfortable with a spacious shower, toilet and bidet. During our stay, the hotel itself and its surroundings were undergoing intensive preparations for the season; the hotel's outdoor swimming pool seemed ready, but the weather conditions were not exactly conducive to swimming. It's worth noting that the hotel's best performance was its gastronomy. From the hearty and delicious breakfasts to the incredible evening meals at the "Dinner Restaurant Academy." During breakfast, we were looked after by a lovely lady who truly pampered us. We were also very impressed by the work of the young but extremely talented Chef. We also greatly appreciated the care of the Maitre D', who ensured the appropriate selection of wines and a pleasant atmosphere during the evening meals. In our opinion, it is the People working at the Una Hotel that constitute its greatest asset. We would like to thank all the Staff who made our time in Catania so enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. No noise even if I was at the ground floor. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, and there are a lot of options for breakfast and dinner with good quality; service is very attentive. I really appreciate also the honesty bar, where you can directly choose your beverages or snacks and charge them directly to your room. Location is just out of the city center but next to the tube, so perfect to visit the city and around.

Just home from fabulous stay. Gorgeous hotel, recently refurbished it seems. Staff fab. Good Location for exploring. Gorgeous meal in the hotel, lovely breakfasts. Pool and gym great. Only negative was no tea/coffee making facilities in our room - I’ve never had that before!!

I was part of a group staying at this excellent property. Everything was just perfect from check in to check out ! The staff very friendly, ready to assist on every request. Guestrooms very comfortable and clean. The hotel offers a large breakfast selection. The dinner was tasteful. We all felt like home! Do not miss it!

Beautiful and restful place to stay upon our arrival in Sicily. The driver charged us $50 euro upon arrival and $40 euro when we went back to pick up our vehicle which I thought was very expensive. The breakfast was outstanding! Beautiful veranda! aurora was sweet and helpful!
