The water pressure was very low, and the water was cold. I couldn't even take a shower.

Outrageous Ban on Food and Drinks – Absolutely Do Not Recommend!
My stay at this hotel was ruined by absurd and arrogant rules that completely spoiled the experience. The most outrageous of them is the complete ban on bringing any food or drinks into the hotel, including even water and fruit!
I have never encountered such a brazen attitude. It got to the point where they impudently confiscated my drink and poured it out right in front of me. This isn't just a lack of respect for guests; it's outright rudeness. In today's world, where comfort and freedom of choice are so important, such restrictions seem bizarre and archaic.
It's clear that the purpose of these bans is to force guests to buy food and drinks at exorbitant prices within the hotel. This is an unacceptable policy that prioritizes profit over customer convenience and needs.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If you value your personal space, comfort, and don't want to be ripped off for basic necessities, steer clear of this place. There are many other hotels that respect their guests.

Amazing as usually!
I stayed there more than 20 times and always happy.

The service was up to par. The toilet was substandard, the floor was slippery, and the room facilities were old. The yogurt at breakfast was in a bucket, not a cup! Omelettes were available for an additional fee.

The room was decent, clean, and tidy. It's close to the sea with a private access path, though it's not a sandy beach. The grilled fish and pasta for dinner were good, prepared in a Mediterranean style with olive oil and salt, and quite tasty.

The room photos do not reflect reality; in fact, the reality is worse. We were given a room with carpets that had a bad odor, which made the entire room smell unpleasant. The furniture was old, and the bathroom looked like it was from the '90s. Overall, we were disappointed, especially considering the high price for such a room.
On the other hand, the public areas of the hotel looked quite good, and the hotel has its own private access to the beach, which is a significant advantage.

Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean. Part of the hotel has been renovated so you can insist on newer rooms with better furniture. Balconies are small but the view is nice. The promenade that leads to the city is excellent.

From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. Every member of staff — from the reception team to the bar and restaurant staff, the spa ladies, and the housekeeping team — was incredibly accommodating and warm. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
The location is convenient, with shops, a hairdresser, and other amenities nearby. It's worth noting that the spa isn't included in the stay, but it was such a relaxing and high-quality experience that I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Sicily. A wonderful stay overall — I would happily return!

We chose this hotel for the cost-effectiveness of accommodation. This is a resort hotel with complete facilities and decent service. The swimming pool is open normally, and the hotel has obviously been renovated and is not in a very old state. Everything is good, and you don't need to walk to the 534 bus to the city center, but the time is very random.
