Stayed here on a school trip and you had bed bugs absolutely disgusting. Also, our door did not lock!

Room very small, not to mention the shower, a hole.
Furniture neglected and blankets and sheets awful.

This hotel does not deserve those three stars ! We spent 3 weeks. At the end of the first week the problems we surface ! Breakfast is repetitive (not a lot of choice), plus some foods out of date (orange juice, milk..) Staff unpleasant and insulting, except one employee who was adorable but most importantly... They will cut off the air-co as well as hot water. Room not enough enlightened, shower tight. Need help ? People at the reception ! They do not speak English. Door of the rooms not at all strong ! In addition we had a problem, we stay stuck several times on the outside, we stayed an hour in the hallway without people is manifested. Seeing people arrived we tried to open it by pushing it slightly and the door is cracked, we are made to pay the damages caused, but for us to change room from the start they didn't want to ! Neighborhood noisy and I could go on.. in Short this kind of hotel should not even existed !

Very poor breakfast, composed basically by a variety of different mini sweet cakes, the owner shuts off the air-conditioning every morning, no other cooling or heating option is offered, he became a little "hostile" after I start asking questions about the A/C to the receptionists (which are his daughter and son, who also stop talking to me until the end of my staying), only in the afternoon he unlocks the A/C back on. No other commodities. The room service staff is nice. Overall I consider this place to be overpriced and it can, and will, offer you a rather awkward experience.
