Loved this place, one of the best budget hotel's we've ever stayed in. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Swimmimg pool area is really nice and pool kept clean every day and has a great view of Etna. Free onsite parking is plentiful and safe. Grounds are very nice, feels like you're in a very rural setting

This was a very good and relaxing holiday. You have to Relax and let the time go by. The Bar is small but you can find the best nibbles and good Alcohol. We came last year 2024 and this year 2025 and have just arrived. I will surely try to make it as well next year.

Good break in a quiet location but is still close to other towns and the beach with a local supermarket 10 mins walk away. Food was okay with a good variety of things available each night staff went above and beyond adapting items available to suit dietary requirements and preferences. We stayed last week in this hotel, honestly, given the bad reviews, I asked to see the room first, the very kind lady at the reception showed it to me with a lot of patience, the hotel is not new but the location, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff are unparalleled, we returned this weekend too, and we will return for the next ones

Came during off season; they gave me a free upgrade to a sea-facing room. The front desk was always incredibly kind. It's a 30 minute commute to Taormina, which you can also hike up / down from. To Catania you need to take two buses, and it takes around 1.5 hours.

Host was outstanding offsite parking was easily accessible only a minute from the hotel and it’s a prime location for all the sites. Wonderful stay.

There were two of us and each bed had only one small pillow. We used to have a nice big fluffy pillows so we did not sleep very good. Also, the beds only had sheets on them and we had to look around for some blankets. Finally the air conditioner wasn’t working very good and the guy came up to try to help us get it to work and said it was working, but it really wasn’t.

We love the room and it was easy to walk to food and to the bus stop, we found that parking at the bus stop/train station was the easiest for us and would definitely recommend staying here.

We were a group of 15 people for 6 nights with half board. The 8 rooms were locked at all times, they were methodically searched in the morning, bags, suitcases, clothes... and in total THEFT OF APPROXIMATELY €500 in 3 rooms, who other than the staff the keys? the bosses? Otherwise: - Beautiful view because we were on the sea side (much less pleasant on the courtyard side) - Room with little storage...

Hotel with great attention to detail, cleanliness and excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff, excellent location close to the beaches and the centre. To go to the center of Taormina just take the bus and you can get there in 15 minutes. I highly recommend. We will return as soon as possible

Beautiful hotel with a story, told by lots of decorative antiques and the super friendly manager who went out of his way to please us, he opened the bar for us, we feld extremely welcome and had a wonderful night. The hotel is quite clean, the rooms are generally a bit dated, but they are cleaned every day and the towels are changed. The only really bad thing was the breakfast – very poor, with just a few types of cheap cold cuts, cheese, vegetables that were sometimes not even washed, coffee from a machine with a very bad taste, and a couple of sweet items

Location by the sea is nice. No parking place available only 7 in the garage for the whole hotel. Had to park at the edge of town €10/day. Rooms are small but ok. Airco works great. Bathroom has everything you need. Beds are hard but it seems to be very common on Sicily. Do NOT pay for the breakfast. You cant call this a breakfast. Small hard bread, cheese and ham was the only thing you could eat...

Very nice hotel, there is a pool in the complex. There is always someone in the reception. There are sun umbrellas to take from hotel so you don't have to pay for that. Breakfast is decent. Really nice place, close to the beach. The rooms are clean, suitable for relaxation. The staff is helpful, they help with everything. There is a parking space for rent and the residents of the hotel can rent sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach at a discount. The breakfast was a bit monotonous, I missed local fresh produce, such as tomatoes.

New, clean, modern, great location 2 streets up from the beach and all its restaurants. Parking is a bit challenging with most spots being for residents. Wifi was very weak and spotty. Much better location in our opinion than being right in Taormina which we found overcrowded and overpriced compared to Giardini Naxos. We were given a very expensive too small room for 4 people, 3 steep narrow awful stairs to get to the room, one of the beds was poor quality. They extra-charged for a filthy uncomfortable garage. Excellent breakfast and good location, special note for Carlo, an extra kind gentleman helping with the service. All in all not recommended, very sorry…

Very nice place to stay. Spotless clean rooms and cold air conditioning. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. The only chomplaint is the 3 flights of stairs to get to room 105 and the lack of air conditioning in the breakfast area. It was very hot. Very close to the beach I give it a 9/10.

Truly a delightful experience. We travelled all over Italy and never had facilities as good as Ines. The hosts are unbelievable. You won’t find more kind and caring people elsewhere.
