It was as ok to to spend a night or two

Excellent hotel! The staff were really friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need. Very clean rooms, very good food, generous breakfasts, and best of all, the hotel is located on the beach. Just a few meters from the water!!! I'll definitely be back!

A real disgrace. Mediocre and shoddy breakfast. Throwaway products were put on the table instead. Not to mention dinner, everything disgustingly inedible. The staff was inadequate; if you ask what was in a dish, the answer was: Boo! What did the chef come up with tonight? Chef! This hotel restaurant, in my opinion, doesn't know what the word chef means. I advise everyone against staying at this establishment. The only positive aspect is the sea view. The structure is dilapidated inside, obsolete, and in need of a complete overhaul. Never again!

We stayed last week in this hotel, honestly, given the bad reviews, I asked to see the room first, the very kind lady at the reception showed it to me with a lot of patience, the hotel is not new but the location, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff are unparalleled, we returned this weekend too, and we will return for the next ones

Horrible food, porridge made of powder, bought pastries for breakfast, overall small selection of food, uncomfortable beds, non-functioning sliding front door on sensor, ripped fire alarm from the wall, nice staff except for one waitress. Unfortunately I can not recommend avoid the arch than to be 30 meters from the sea, prefer deeper to the center with better food and beds.

Not worth the price. Outdated hotel, poor breakfast. Nothing vegan but cake in any kind. Beds were uncomfortable, no fridge in the room. Parking was 10 min away. Only good thing was the view from the balcony. The area Giardini Naxos was not the best area. Very low standard.

Almost in the city center,,right on the Recanati beach,3 stars,very comfortable,few steps from the beach,clean rooms with tv,and room service,restaurant,good tasty italian food ,pasta,fruits,ice cream,delicious. Also has a bar ,balcony with lovely view on the beach and Vulcan Etna. Very friendly atmosphere ,nice decorated lobby and kind staff at reception. The bus station is very close ,so you can visit ,famous Taormina ,which is a 25minutes ride. Lovely journey .

Stayed with my daughter for a week. Had to ask to switch the room as the original one was smelly . The new room was small with a balcony, quite old fashioned but tolerable. The hotel keeps it 90s flavour, which is kind of cool. Breakfast and dinner was all right, stuff is really friendly. The best thing is the location, just at the beach at the calm site of Giardini Naxos. The closest supermarket is about 150m.

The hotel was well located to the bech and bus terminal. the hotel was satisfactory. the view of Mount Etna and beach was very nice.. Main issue was the coffee and juice machines. the coffee was actually chicory and not coffee at all. the juice was not fresh but seened to be some sort of powder mixture. breakfast was satisfactory. croissants had hairs in on first and second visit. not much help from reception regards trips and now to get there.
