Hotel Alexander in Giardini-Naxos

Excellent experience, location is good, the staff is very welcoming and great. I had an amazing time while talking to one of the staff members, a football coach! He does great service, he is very nice and kind. He is very likable and funny. From this trip i will mostly remember him and the rest of the staff. Food at breakfast is very acceptable. The rooms are clean, the pool is great. I have no complaints, except that the agency said that the beach is closer than it really is. I was really enjoying my stay here and I am looking forward to coming again!

Very nice hotel, there is a pool in the complex. There is always someone in the reception. There are sun umbrellas to take from hotel so you don't have to pay for that. Breakfast is decent. They clean rooms everyday and change towels every 3 days I think. Rooms are spacious with new working AC and recently renovated bathroom. Hotel has elevator. The nearest beach is 5 minutes from hotel, so very close. There are bunch of restaurants nearby and one market as well.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel. 6 of us stayed over 3 rooms. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't do enough for us, we were greeted with smiles each day and a beautiful breakfast selection. The staff really cared and made sure my youngest son got a particular traditional cake each day once he discovered how much he liked it.
The rooms where cleaned each day, this is a family run hotel and it is clear to see that each person goes above and beyond.
Great location, excellent staff, beautiful hotel, definitely worth a stay if you want to discover Sicily.
Thank you to all the staff x

Just back from a great stay here. Location is fantastic - 5 minutes from bus station. We went to Catania & Messina from here as well as a couple of trips to Taormina & Castelmola.
Good selection of restaurants with 10 minutes walk.
Rooms pretty standard for 3 star hotel, nice outdoor area & pool. Staff are very pleasant.
Breakfast Is typically Italian - not a great choice for me but it would be foolish not to stop for elevenses when in Italy so it was enough to get me through till then.
A great place for a holiday & a great place to stay.

Just had 7 days in this lovely hotel with my sister , it absolutely spotless & the breakfasts are always fresh . The staff are amazing , Maria on reception was just a star looked after us anything we needed she helped us get it or advised us where to to go she was professional, friendly & always smiling , the staff in the kitchen and the cleaning staff were fantastic there was a guy who only worked night don’t know his name but he was lovely too, he was funny & helped me with my Italian if I didn’t say the words right . 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 we will definitely be back 😃😃

This charming hotel is cosy friendly and just lovely. Ok not a massive building by any means but big on a heartwarming stay. Situated in a residential area and just a ten minute walk to the beach)s and about 15/20 minute walk into Giardini Naxos centre with its numerous restaurants and bars a large promenade which stretches for over a mile or more. The hotel provided TV & Air Con with a continental breakfast it has a large-ish pool and sun bed area with outside bar The staff are extremely helpful and friendly this is another gem of an hotel which delivers highly recommended.

What a lovely week away we have had staying here. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Our room was pleasant with a large balcony and bathroom which was cleaned daily by the lovely maids who did an excellent job. The pool area was very tidy and clean with lots of sunbeds to choose. Breakfast was perfect for us with fresh yoghurt, ham, eggs, cereals, pastries and fruit to choose from. the staff did an amazing job at replenishing items and clearing tables. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. There is a pleasant beach nearby with a few nice restaurants. but you can also walk 10 minutes to the other closest beach which has a lively ***** of restaurants and bars. Additionally you can get on a bus to Taromina which costs 1.80 where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to spend the day or an evening there. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back.

First class hotel. Staff were brilliant they could not do enough for you. Facilities are clean, pool small but adequate, pool bar good service and fair prices. Room cleaned everyday and bed linen changed 3 times in a week Ottavio was extremely helpful throughout the stay and a credit to the hotel staff Hotel is 5 minute walk from restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach

Location is the best! Hotel is very near the sandy beach and also a 100 meters away from the public bus station from where departs busses to Catania, Siracusa, Taormina and the airport. We spent a great time at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and specious. Breakfast is continental, what is the plus, because hotels in Italy usually offer only croissant and coffee for breakfast. The owner, Madame Victoria is very kind and customer oriented.

My mother and I stayed here 2nd-6th June and it was just perfect. Lovely and clean, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Eugene! Great location if you're wanting somewhere a little quieter but still close enough for a good time! Will definitely be returning.
