The property is not suitable for the offer and image provided. Unfortunately, I stayed last night in the property. At first glance, it appears to have some defects, but it's beautiful and impressive. The illusion only lasts a few moments. A friendly check-in was conducted over the phone, opening a door with a loose and worn handle that prevents it from closing tightly and securely. You enter a lovely entrance/kitchen area with a wall with peeling wallpaper at the bottom, revealing black mold on the walls and on the sink. The kitchen sink drains into a 30-liter bin with dark-colored liquid already inside. The bathroom is nice, but it has two doors, one above the other—one retractable and one folding—that, however, leave no room to sit on the toilet. The entire apartment slopes downward, so much so that coins and objects roll toward the entrance. The hot tub (the sole reason and criterion for selecting this property) has some damage, such as broken finishes and faucets. The worst thing is that once filled and turned on, the completely dirty filters fill the water with dust, lint of all kinds and colors, and HAIR. We emptied and cleaned the tub and repeated the process three times with the same result. Furthermore, we discovered only there that the hot tub can only be used once per night; additional uses cost €25 each, a condition not provided by the property at the time of booking or in general on your platform. During the evening, Ms. Salvatrice, as manager, addressed the issue without providing any assistance other than allowing us to fill the tub. The hot tub wasn't used in the end because it was so dirty, so we decided to go to bed with a bitter taste in our mouths. This morning, when we woke up, we left the hotel and headed back home, during which my girlfriend and I began to feel itchy around our necks. The final unpleasant surprise was multiple bed bug bites. I immediately contacted the manager to inform her of the infestation and ask for a refund for the inconvenience caused. The hotel's response was to block me on WhatsApp.

I wasn't even able to get a refund through Booking.com because, even when presented with photographic and video evidence of the actual condition of the hotel, they denied the evidence and denied the possibility of providing me with compensation.

A very disappointing experience. I had booked this suite as a romantic birthday gift, primarily for the hot tub. After using it, the boiler broke, leaving us without hot water—an unacceptable situation in a suite of this caliber. The problem wasn't resolved, and late that evening, we were offered a room change, but without the hot tub, rendering the reservation useless. Naturally, we declined: checking in again at 10:30 PM with luggage is not a serious solution. The following morning, we asked for a discount for the inconvenience, but it was denied. No attention was paid to the customer or the special occasion we were celebrating. A ruined birthday and a total lack of professionalism.

NEGATIVE review: About two years ago, on August 15th, my boyfriend and I were kicked out as soon as we arrived due to THEIR mistake in the booking, and we were forced to leave.
Two years later, we're trying to give the hotel a second chance, as the room is nice enough, but I find it ABSURD that to use the hot tub, which should be included in the room price, you have to pay 25 euros each time you use it. And it's not normal that to use the tub, you have to contact the girl to have the water delivered.
Furthermore, this wasn't communicated either at the time of payment or booking, but we only noticed it after accidentally reading a piece of paper on the desk.
If only we'd known, we would have left!
My boyfriend and I often stay in rooms with hot tubs, and this has never happened! Shame! I WILL NOT RETURN, and I will never recommend it to anyone!

The idea is interesting... the result a little less so. Vintage structure, dirty and 50% functional. Very badly managed and by unkind staff... and I'll limit myself to this. The bathtub is vintage... noisy... but relaxing despite everything. The welcome isn't the best, I hope that the idea of ​​such a B&B is well developed by the competition... I will be the first to try it. TH LUXURY = not even the shadow of luxury. Rejected.
