If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The only downside I would suggest is that they should consider organizing additional wine tastings on-site.Beach view fantastic

Everything to the tiniest detail was excellent! From the manager’s welcome to Carmine our evening housekeeper, restaurant and bar staff, concierge Karina, and bell service it could not have been better. One of our best hospitality stays ever!!

Our recent stay at the Mazzarò Sea Palace in Taormina was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel’s location on a stunning, secluded cove feels like something out of a dream — crystal-clear water, panoramic views of the Sicilian coastline, and the soothing sound of waves right outside your balcony. It’s the perfect mix of privacy and luxury, yet still just a short funicular ride away from Taormina’s charming town center.

The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, everyone went above and beyond — especially the breakfast and concierge teams, who handled my admittedly high-maintenance requests with patience, grace, and genuine kindness. Their attention to detail and willingness to personalize our experience made us feel so well cared for.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, with a balcony that offered breathtaking sea views — the ideal spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Both the restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent, featuring fresh local ingredients, delicious Sicilian specialties, and a gorgeous setting overlooking the bay.

In every way, Mazzarò Sea Palace exceeded expectations. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you’ve left — perfect for families, honeymooners, or anyone seeking a luxurious escape on the Sicilian coast. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Me and my sister recently (September 2025) enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Sicily, staying at the beautiful Mazzaró Sea Palace in Taormina. From the moment me and my sister we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure both my sister and I felt truly looked after. The hotel itself was impeccable, spotless, elegant, and catered perfectly to all our needs.

A special mention must go to Carmen, the Bar Manager, she really made our holiday unforgettable. She was warm, genuine, and such a wonderful person, her kindness and hospitality stood out above all.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina, and I look forward to returning. The cleaning staff was incredible. Especially Rosanna! They did an incredible job and made us feel right at home.

We had the most beautiful time at Mazzaro Sea Palace! I have stayed there before but wanted to take my family back to experience the amazing features this hotel has to offer. Beautiful pool area! The kids made so many friends! And we all loved Salvatore, the lifeguard! The beach area is great too with plenty of sun beds. The service throughout the hotel is wonderful! Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The rooms are comfortable and have a gorgeous spacious balcony with stunning views! We couldn't have been happier with our suite! And thank you DELILAH and Marilena for going above and beyond to make our stay sensational! We will be back!!

Property was beautiful and staff very helpful. Close to the funicular up to Taormina's center. We tipped the whole trip but realized in the end that the hotel takes a significant amount out for employees.
