The host is great! Very hospitable, welcoming, takes a great care of the place. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the historical centre, with restaurants and cafes around. The place is lovely, very clean, with great views. The room was very nice, karge, quiet, with AC. Great, spacious kitchen, balcony with a view. The breakfast was sumptuous, tasty.

I stayed at this B&B and truly felt at home. My stay was only one day, but it was one of the best nights. The owner was incredibly kind, and the room was cozy. We chatted with him, and he was truly kind. The room was minimal but comfortable and very clean. The only downside was that you have to climb two steep flights of stairs to get to the room. One of the things I loved most was having breakfast with the owner, just like in the B&Bs of the old days. The breakfast was truly excellent, with freshly baked croissants, fresh bread, yogurt, and various jams.

Small B&B, prepare for a lot of steps. Also prepare for good hospitality and a kind owner that will help you with everything. Giovanni is great, he even gave me a ride to Villa Romana del Casale because there were no buses when I visited. The rooms are spacious and clean, only three of them. A nice option if you want to stay for the night.
