The hotel matches its price category. Although the room was relatively small, it was still comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant served delicious and varied meals. The only downside to this hotel was that there were no vegetables at breakfast. I would also recommend considering improvements to the breakfast box.
But we are very satisfied with the hotel, it's very close to the lift. Thank you!❤️

Smaller rooms, but it was okay. Excellent dinners. Every meal was incredible! Close to cableway, approx 200meters. Price was really good (but it depends from who you buy of course).
Just one small thing-bed sheets weren't so clean. 😕 but overall it was a good choice. We would stay/visit this hotel again.

Don’t even get me started on this hotel, i could go on for days. The shower door was hanging off, the door hinges were wonky so the door didn’t close properly, the staff are blunt, other guests in the hotel are possibly the rudest people i’ve ever met, bugs in the hallways, no sockets in the room, window sealed shut and more. I literally would rather die than stay here again. The food was awful but somehow the best thing about this hotel. Not the cleaning ladies though they’re lovely.

Food was boring and small portions and not tasteful. Wi-Fi is 4 euro for ten hours and terrible like sort it out mate . Big language barrier . Rooms small not enough bed sheets . Shower door broke as well as most things in the room including the fridge and safe . Windows unsafe for children will open too easily. Overpriced drinks . When cleaning rooms maids scrunch up and throw your clean clothes on to bed. Overall it is overrated overpriced and overhyped. Would definitely not recommend.

I went with school, i think they could do something about what they surve at dinner because not many of us ate for a bit of the week. They had great setvice but one night it took us about 20 mins to get our food. The social area was great fun.
