Overall a great experience. The generosity of the staff on Christmas eve was amazing, as they provided free food and drinks all night. Breakfast was wonderful too, offering a wide range of choices. Family of 4 used Bilocal Superior APP for 7 days, and it was very good. We had a breakfast included and it was great (eggs, bacon,chees,ham, coffe,tea,juices, mussle...) APP is vell equiped. Location excelent for skiing, 3 min to main Marilleva 900 ski gondola. The only minus is not existing the heater for skiing boots in the ski room. Exclenet experience

Very nice location, just 5 minutes walk from gondola. Good breakfast, rooms are just fine. Prices are more than OK, you can usually buy skipass at better price. An excellent hotel well run with helpfull staff who respond to your needs. The pool complex is a great place to visit after skiing the steam room and sauna just helps with those tired limbs. Do use the bar as the bar man is a lover of his job and has plenty of banter to make you fell welcome.

The hotel was our "base camp" for 6 days of skiing in Marilleva. Great stay, spottless appartment with daily cleaning service. Food was great, access is seamless, receptions always helped us with a smile. Highly recomended and we hope to be able to stay there again for the next ski season.

We were part of a huge group of 40, and the staff were wonderfully accomodating for our needs. The location is great, breakfast was amazing every morning, the food was delicious every night, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the spa area was a treat. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were the highlight, incredibly friendly and accommodative, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was gorgeous, offering both style and supreme comfort. Every service we used, from check-in to dining, was flawless. This hotel truly understands hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Very nice hotel and spa, great breakfast and hotel team. The shuttle is a bonus since not that close to town and cabel car.

My family enjoyed a very relaxing week-long stay at Cristal Palace. The staff are outstanding, incredibly friendly and keen to ensure we were looked after at every point of our stay. The staff were amazing and guests can tell they really care. This is a very well-run hotel and a pleasure to stay in. We came for some early season skiing and were pleased to note that a spur off the run back to the Pradalago lift leads straight to the hotel.

We ordered a twin room - everything great except that the heaters are not self-adjustable and sometimes cold and sometimes hot; it's not clear how you can ask for sheets replacment without asking the receptionist; the curtains can't be closed more than half of the door-window (see picture). This isn’t a glitzy hotel but it is very homely and comfortable. The staff are all very professional yet very friendly and accommodating. The food at breakfast and dinner offered a good choice of local specialties whilst the wine list is extensive and impressive . Good ski room and about 20 metres from the slope down to lift . Had a really great week at The Bertelli. Will return next season .

Nice hotel, clean rooms and common parts with good ski room and access to one of the ski lifts. For skiing, be aware that you can end up away from the hotel if you ski the “wrong” way back, and the only ski-in is a black run. If I had any criticism, it was the friendliness of the staff which I found relatively cold and uninterested in ensuring we had a good stay.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel that showed great potential but could benefit from some restructuring. My overall experience was pleasant, although there might be some areas for improvements. We had a fantastic week here skiing in February half term. The hotel was fantastic, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and excellent food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was extremely accommodating, the food was excellent and even made me seperate meals from the pre made list of choices each evening. The services such as the sauna, jakuzzi were great. Warm showers and comfy beds. All you need for a great ski holiday

We are first time here and first Day and we feel like "Royal Family" in the beautiful family, made of love and respect to the visitors Hotel. I have been visiting Madonna every year since 2015 and have always stayed at Garni Zeni. The hotel is run by a wonderful family who do everything they can to make you feel at home. The hotel is clean and the location is fantastic, just 50 steps from the Miramonte lift. Recommended!!

Very friendly family owned hotel near plenty of trails and cable cars to the dolomites. Short walk to the city center too. Highly recommend as even my morning coffee order was remembered

The location was great for meeting a group of friends who were staying just round the corner. Hotel Zeni was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Claudia and Bianca. The ski/boot room was in an excellent position right by the front door and reception.

We had a great time at Hotel Zeni. The location is fantastic, just steps away from a lift and a gondola, and walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. Our room was very comfortable and clean.
