The only problem is this dinner included in the tariff # quality is average they should have the a la carte option
Special mention to the workers and specially to Tadeo, an Argentinian guy that was in charge of the bar area in reception who was always helpful and smily, giving good vibes and telling us stories. For sure he helped us have again a great experience in the hotel, every hotel should have workers like him.

But what makes the place really like home are People - the wonderfull Staff of the hotel. I just adore every single of them - starting from the Restaurant area, as well as the Front Office and the Bar and all Service Heroes, to not to forget about the Room Cleaning Personel. The Ober1 ApresSki where we spent actually every evening is the madness to!
We stayed between 22-27 of March 2025 and I would like to express my love and appreciation for every single Person who worked that time in the hotel - you made our time unforgettable. You did amazing Job, Armida and Lisa know how to care about their guests. I wish you deserved rest in April!

In any case due to COVID issues and the slopes being closed we had to postpone our trip to February. Again Armida was very kind and understanding so she changed our booking at no extra cost. As we now approached our trip, we found out that the slopes shall remain closed till after our travel dates so in the end we had to cancel our trip altogether. Despite the hustle and surely the financially challenging times for hotels in the area, the hotel promptly agreed to refund us in full without any hustle whatsoever which was very professional and understanding in our view.
We are sad that we had to miss on our skiing trip this year but we definitely look forward to visiting Hotel Oberosler next Winter and have no hesitation in booking a stay there as the family is genuine, honest and professional. Well done.
