I have been visiting Madonna every year since 2015 and have always stayed at Garni Zeni. The hotel is run by a wonderful family who do everything they can to make you feel at home. The hotel is clean and the location is fantastic, just 50 steps from the Miramonte lift. Recommended!!

Very friendly family owned hotel near plenty of trails and cable cars to the dolomites. Short walk to the city center too. Highly recommend as even my morning coffee order was remembered

Bad experience - the hotel is clearly not 3 stars. It's well located and people are nice, but that's it. The rooms are too small, WC is very bad and it's very cold. the central heating does not work properly which is a problem when you have temperature of minus degrees outside. There are way better options in Madonna for the same price.

Not a very good hotel.
There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy. For reference, we stayed in 4 additional hotels.
They request you leave your key when you go out of the hotel but they leave it where anyone could pick it up, not behind a desk. Did not feel secure so I denied the request to leave it.

The location was great for meeting a group of friends who were staying just round the corner. Hotel Zeni was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Claudia and Bianca. The ski/boot room was in an excellent position right by the front door and reception.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel

Maniacal cleaning in every corner from the first centimeter on the ground to the roof
A smile is always available to customers
Located in the center of Madonna di Campiglio near the slopes without moving the car
Excellent breakfast buffet with the beautiful Ale always present with his smile from the early hours of the morning
And during the day, every time you walk through the hotel door there is always a good morning and a smile
And in the evening the unfailing host, always ready, is available to pamper you and make you safe for the night

Cozy, and charming hotel, really get the alp-feeling here. Good value for money I would say. The hotel have been around for a while, which is seen on the interior. However the place suits your need with comfortable beds, quiet location, nice view from the baclony of your room, skistorage inside by the reception. The breakfast was a good boost before hitting the slopes, selections of savory and also sweets. There is every morning a fresh pastry prepared on your table, that really makes my day :)

We had a great time at Hotel Zeni. The location is fantastic, just steps away from a lift and a gondola, and walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Every day we enjoyed delicious breakfast- yummy croissant was waiting for us on our table each day:) Staff was super friendly and helpful, very nice family ! We definitely will be back and highly recommend this hotel!

We booked three nights but had to leave after one night due to sickness. When informed, the first thing the hotel owners said was not "how can we help" but that "you to pay for the whole stay."
Despite looking close to the ski lifts in the maps, there is a small river in between and the walk is 400/500 meters to the Pradalago cable-car, mostly uphill, in your ski boots in slippery roads and carrying your skis, is not a 2-min walk as announced, but a tiring 10 min...
Very disappointing!
