Hotel Lorenzetti in Madonna di Campiglio

I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very polite and attentive. The hotel restaurant is absolutely excellent, and the breakfasts are very generous and offer views of the Brenta Dolomites, making for a wonderful start to your day. The hostess, Ms. Silvana, exudes rare class and elegance. I will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic three‑night stay at Hotel Lorenzetti. We arrived very late, tired and hungry, and were warmly greeted by several staff members who had stayed up specifically to check us in and show us to our room. The room itself—an unexpected free upgrade—was lovely, with extremely comfortable beds. A delicious spread had been left out for us, which was such a thoughtful touch before a much‑needed night’s sleep. The room was spotless, the shower was excellent, and overall the food in the hotel was superb. Breakfast was very good, but dinner was truly outstanding each evening. We also really enjoyed the spa area and the pool, perfect for soothing tired legs after a day on the slopes. Every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, and they created a genuinely warm atmosphere throughout our stay. The only slight negative was the shuttle bus driver, who was a bit on the grumpy side. A special mention must go to the owner, who is exceptionally kind. She personally came down to wish us well on departure and even gave us two delicious cakes each to take home. She clearly cares about her guests and makes them feel valued. I would love to return to Madonna di Campiglio, and I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Lorenzetti again.

This is not my first review of this fabulous hotel where I have stayed regularly for many years. A lot has changed including the very Alpine exterior which has been replaced by a clean, modern exterior which blends very well into a stunning background of the Brenta Dolomites. The top floor on one side is now occupied by two exquisite suites with sauna - perfect for that very special occasion. I have stayed there with groups, as a couple and on my own and on every visit, I have received the warmest of welcomes and enjoyed delicious food in the elegant restaurant that also overlooks the mountains. It is also a pleasure to renew the acquaintance of other regular guests. Most impressive however, is the retention of a very high standard in every aspect of this delightful accommodation from the cleanliness of the rooms and reception areas to the quality of the food, the comfort of the bed rooms and the friendly efficiency of the staff. Plus the convenience of a free shuttle service to the slopes. This family run hotel also has shops in the centre of town (recently renamed) - Lorenzetti Luxury offers the best in luxury fashion and accessories and Lorenzetti Sport has everything needed for all winter and summer sports.

Excellent staff always on the spot and happy to help. The transport offered it is a great advantage, dropping to the required ski-lift everyday.
The food quality and service was outstanding, Italian tradition maintained at higher standard including perfectly run restaurant hall.
First time skiing there, slopes are slightly easier than other dolomites places and strongly recommend to buy ski pass on line. Looking forward to try summer and mountain bikes.
The day I left the owner give me an amazing cake, making my trip back more pleasant. Thank you

Very nice hotel with convenient shuttle in and out of town

Our family of 4 stay at Hotel Lorenzetti for a week of skiing in mid February 2025. We have no complaints at all, the entire experience was wonderful. The owner was such a lovely lady and clearly loves kids. The rooms are greT, the food is special and the spa was a dream. Even the minibus driver was a charming character. We left at 6am for the airport and the team had breakfast ready for the road, and fresh coffee.. and a parting gift. We simply loved out time there.

Really had no idea what to expect when I selected this hotel, I just need a hotel that offered half board, parking, close to the ski lifts, Wi-Fi and spa. Hotel Lorenzetti exceeded our expectations, from the check-in to checking out we had a great experience, topped off with a sendoff bag of homemade breads and a bottle of wine for the trip home. The food was great, a full breakfast buffet and an excellent variety of choices each evening to pick from. The staff throughout the hotel was helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Each evening the owner of the hotel would come to each individual's table and thank them for their business and asked if we needed anything. She is a very charming lady, and she truly shows her appreciation. The spa is nice size on two levels, so it never seemed crowded even after skiing. The shuttle service was a bonus, I never had to drive anywhere they were available whenever we needed them and responded quickly for pickups in town. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the ski area.

Probably the list cozy, traditional, personal serviced hotel I have stayed We were there with our Italian British friends at the end of the ski season The hotel prides simply on personal service From chauffeured van at call any time to ski Lifa/ town centre to an amazing 6 course dinner serves at half board and an huge break fast ! The room size is good too for an European resort Goran/ Michela and Mrs Lorenzetti were amazing including providing a departure present of an amazing fresh baked cakes ! The spa is good including the sauna / pool / silent room etc Boot and ski room well catered and warm We will be staying there again !

Hotel Lorenzetti is a beautiful and well run hotel in an amazing location. It is a short distance (app. 2km) from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio (if you want to stay in town, this is not the hotel for you), transport to the town is provided all day by hotel cars with drivers according to guests' needs. As well as transport to the slopes. The surroundings and views from the hotel are beautiful, best from the restaurant, bar and relaxing spa room. The style of the common areas is traditional, lots of wood, nice decorations, our family likes this mountain style very much. We prefer modern but not in mountains, here is what we want from a mountain hotel. We had a large room with a built-in wardrobe and a jacuzzi bath, but I believe the rooms are different (size and style) so there is no point in describing it. I like everything clean and was very happy here, it was cleaned all the time. We chose the hotel based on the reviews about the food and also on the reasonable price. Despite high expectations regarding the food, we were definitely not disappointed - the food is fantastic, especially the dinner. Also worth mentioning is the snack at about 4PM, when you come from skiing. There is hot wine, juices and sweet refreshment. But the best thing here is the family character, the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the evening, the fireplace in the bar is lit. Someone plays piano. Snow is falling outside. Except for the snow, everything is the result of the work of the owner - Signora Silvana Lorenzetti, who comes every evening to greet her guests and ask about their satisfaction. I love hotels where the owner or manager actively interacts with the guests, comes to greet them and the guests see and feels real interest in the business. Plus she is a real lady, obviously of certain age, but elegant, polite, kind and very warm. A strong and remarkable personality. During the day you can meet her anywhere in the hotel, she has meetings, she controls day-to-day operations, it's impressive. This is for the first time we seriously consider coming again to the same place. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
