The best 4* hotel restaurant I have ever come across - wonderfully imaginative Italian cooking by a very talented chef. Exceptionally charming and helpful manager and staff - even for Italy! Well equipped and spacious "comfort" room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent free spa facilities - a warm and a hot sauna, a turkish bath, pool, jacuzzi and small gym, and delicious fruit-infused water to rehydrate. And a dedicated shuttle to the lifts. What more could one want?

I had the pleasure of spending a week in September at this hotel with my family for the second consecutive year. We returned again after the first holiday because, despite the pandemic, the stay was very pleasant. This year too, expectations were confirmed. The hotel is equipped with every comfort including a wellness centre complete with saunas, hydromassages, swimming pools and other activities. An internal garage is also available. The rooms are large, with attention to detail, very clean and well soundproofed. Special praise goes to the restaurant service where both at breakfast and at meals you can indulge in excellent dishes and desserts. The structure is a few steps from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio and connected to many cable cars and chair lifts that allow you to go on various excursions without using a car. Mrs. Rina and her family, the owners of this business, are certainly an added value. The almost obsessive control over all the activities and the constant presence are the best a customer could expect. My four-legged friend was also very happy .... Finally I want to thank all the staff for the kindness and professionalism shown during our presence. For those who want to stay in Madonna di Campiglio or surroundings I definitely recommend this hotel. We will return soon.

Our stay at this charming, family-run boutique hotel in Madonna di Campiglio was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcome. Despite our lack of Italian, communication was seamless, and their warmth and genuine care made us feel right at home. The staff’s local knowledge was invaluable as they took the time to familiarize us with the ski schools/rental, slopes and town. They provided personalized tips that made our skiing experience smooth and enjoyable. The attention to detail and the passion of this family truly set this hotel apart. Every interaction was thoughtful and kind, and it was clear they take immense pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming stay with exceptional service in Madonna di Campiglio, this is the place to be.

Best pick for a ski vacation in Madonna De Campiglio. We had wonderful time at this boutique hotel. The Spa is very nice exactly what you need after a ski day. Breakfast very good, fresh with wide verity. The team welcoming and service oriented. Ski shuttles to the gondola and back whenever you need. We will come back, hopefully soon .

Very nice hotel with cozy rooms. During check in, room has been upgraded to the higher standard. Personnel is always friendly. Lovely SPA, we were visiting SPA after 18:00 there were no people at all. Ski shuttle service is something we would like to highlight, always fast and helpfull, just 5 min and you are at the lift. After coming back from skiing, our room was always clean and tidy, we’ve left tips in the room couple of times but nobody took it. Dinners were mostly from Italians cuisine, service was on a decent level, starter + 2 serves and dessert. I would add more seafood variety in menu, but this is my personall choice. We had an early check out, we got a “to go” breakfest and compliment a jar of local honey, we were very surprised. All in one, we were happy to stay and spent a very nice time this place.
