A small but charming and quaint hotel, featuring a Bavarian-style restaurant open to all. The location is excellent, being in a central area of ​​the town. The rooms are extremely quiet and spacious, very comfortable, and have everything you could need; the bathroom is also practical and convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of sweet and savory options, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the cleaning ladies, who are truly prompt. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks where to stay in Riva del Garda!

Excellent location, restaurant and staff.

The hotel is located in the centre of Riva del Garda, and is close to everything. The staff is friendly, the room was nice and the breakfast excellent. The staff even asked us if we wanted more variations of eggs with additional ingredients. They don’t have a parking but the nearest is 500 m away and you can leave it there for free. Don’t go directly to the hotel as it is in ZTL zone and you may get a fine if you don’t disclose that to the receptionist. It is better to go directly to the parking and then walk to the hotel. Also ask for a Trentino guest card with which you can get discount for attractions in the region. The rooms were okay but a little cold which was our fault because we didn’t have the right settings on the thermostat. All in all a great visit for a good price.

A quaint and beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of Italy. Francesca and all the staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again when next in Riva del Garda.

The hotel is located in the center of the beautiful city of Riva del Garda. Nearby there are shops, bus stops, a lake. The room is very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Deserves More Than 5 Stars
Wow, where to start! Riva is a BEAUTIFUL place and this hotel is so well situated, it makes everything so easy to access by foot. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful! The person who greeted us (Francesca) is a wonderful, sweet person and she made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the air conditioning was as cold as mid-winter in Montreal (a good thing in this case). There are extra blankets and pillows just in case you need a little bit of everything. The hotel itself is very German and the restaurant made me one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. Excellent, quick service and delicious Bavarian beer. What more can I say? If you’re looking for a beautiful, quaint, cozy, comfortable hotel, do yourself a favour and book here immediately.
